The property was as described. Very clean, well appointed, luxurious, everything one would need for a family holiday.

Two things, firstly the communication from the managing agent for the property (PropR) was the worst I’ve experienced in the many years of using Booking.com. Took me the better part of two hours to access the property - was sent from South Gate to North gate to West gate, to the welcome center and back to West gate. Only got access after I asked for a cancellation. Never again with PropR. Made double digit phone calls to resolve the issue - finally spoke to one of the managers - Megan who finally got things rolling. Also no water on arrival - lovely bottle of grape juice and chocolates, however after traveling the whole day, we would have loved to have some drinking water -also no delivery so sleep thirsty. After booking I was made aware of a security deposit of R10k to be paid. I paid immediately upon notice. It was meant to be refunded two days after check out. I had to message since the last two days and received confirmation of refund today only. Secondly, Zimbali is amazing for residents - I would feel safe and secure - as one should. However as short term guests you are not treated well at all. Was almost impossible to order deliveries or Uber (PropR needed to generate codes - which is a mission). Also access in out is painful. Instructions are never adhered to.
