The facilities were good and it was neat and clean. The staff at the front desk were amazing and really saved us.
This is not about the facilities per se but we booked late and almost weren’t allowed entry into Zimbali as I couldn’t get hold of the host who was on a plane at the time. However, had it not been for Sandile at the reception desk we would have been stranded so I’m super grateful to him.
