Superb

Great location close to Oetz center / bus station (to Soelden) and lift for Kuhtai resort. Quiet area and close to the river for nice walks and/or run. Nice large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very convenient.

Just missing an oven in the kitchen.

The appartment is absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful, incredibly spacious, but still very cozy and you immediately feel great. It also has the best equipped kitchen ever! There is absolutely every equipment you can think of. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and the terrace was also perfect! The owners are super nice, kind and helpful (I have been in so many appartments, but I have never received so kind messages after our arrival, if everything is ok and if we need something - thank you again!). Also we travelled with small children, so we really appreciated that the appartment is on two floors. It is also just across the street from SPAR and in walking distance of the ski lift. And as usually in Oetz we went to visit the Aqua Dome pool cca 20 minutes away and again we have to recommend it as well.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was great, just as pictures! Clean, tidy, spacious and has all the things you need. A lot of space for a big group and everyone had their own bathrooms which was noce. The location was great for snow skiing and nice for walking into town for dinner. Lovely decorated and very homely! Couldn’t recommend more, can’t wait to come back again.

דירה נהדרת, ומאוד ומרווחת, 4 חדרים שינה, ולכל אחד מהם צמוד שירותים ומקלחת. בנוסף, מטבח מוקפד עם כל הנדרש, כלים ומכשירים, וסלון מרווח. כמובן שהבונוס הוא מרפסת גדולה, עם שולחן וכיסאות - והנוף להרים, סמוך לנהר, לא רואים ממש, אבל שומעים את הזרימה וזה נהדר. נכון, הדק זקוק לשיפוץ קל, אבל המרפסת נהדרת. העיצוב של הבית מסורתי וחמים. (לאחרים זה עשוי להיראות מיושן, זו בהחלט לא דירה בעיצוב מודרני), גם השטיחים וכלי המיטה יותר "מסורתי" ולא צועק "פאר" או "בית מלון" אבל הבית "ביתי" ומאוד נקי. יש חנייה מסודרת בתוך הבית, הבית ממוקם ברחוב האחרון, אז ממש בסמוך לשביל לאורך הנהר, אך גם במרחק של דקות ספורות ממרכז העיירה, מהסופר, וממסעדות. הבית מתפרס על פני שתי קומות, נכנסים מהקומה הראשונה, שם יש חדר שינה אחד, והמרחב הציבורי (סלון, מטבח, פינת אוכל עם שולחן גדול והמרפסת) - ובקומה השנייה שאר חדרי השינה, כשביניהם חלל משחקים / פנאי. תהליך הכניסה לבית מאוד ברור ומהיר, משאירים מפתח בקופסא עם קוד, מאוד פשוט וקל. הבית מספק חוויה מאוד נעימה, משפחתית, אבל עם הרבה מרווח לכל אחד לתפוס פינה פרטית. המיקום נהדר, גם קרוב למרכז ההעיירה הסופרים והמסעדות, אבל גם ממש קרוב לנהר, ולשביל נהדר שעובר לאורכו.

החוויה הכללית הייתה מאוד חיובית, אפשר לשפץ קצת את המרפסת, ולרענן את הריהוט, אבל החוויה הכללית נהדרת.

נהננו מאוד ונמליץ גם לאחרים

הבית מוכן למגורים ויש בו את כל מה שצריך. מיקום מעולה ממולו יש סופר יושב על גדת נהר בנוף נהדר במרחק 5 דקות יש בתי קפה, מסעדות פיצריות. ישנו בחלק העליון הבית מרווח מאוד הרבה מרפסות חדרים גדולים מאוד כל חדר כולל שרותים ומקלחת והוא כיחידה עצמאית

הכל היה מצויין לא היה שום דבר שלא אהבנו…

地理位置很好，就在spar超市的对面。离雪场索道也很近，走路5min就可以到达。房间很大，每个房间都有自己的浴室厕所。客厅关上门拉开沙发床就是一个单独的房间，厨房和餐厅都很大，设备齐全。

入住一周希望中间能换一次浴巾。

sehr geräumige Wohnung mit sehr viel Platz über 2 Stockwerke elektrische Rolläden in allen wichtigen Bereichen verfügbar die sehr grosszügige Terasse konnte aufgrund der Jahreszeit leider nicht genutzt werden .... aber im Sommer sicher der HIT

Matratzen sind langsam durchgelegen und könnten ersetzt werden ... Deckenbeleuchtung im Bad ohne FENSTER sollte mal geputzt/ausgetauscht werden da Rost oder stark angelaufen ...
