Great budget stay for skiing.

The property is pretty new, the apartment is super modern. Legit just 1 min to the Skibus stop.

Everything is sort of Smart Home Style, but the system it runs on is beyond slow. So changing the temperature can feel like using windows 98.

Disappointed. Maybe for younger crowd.

The bathroom was splendid. This is the only thing we liked.

Where to begin… The windows and doors let in a lot of noise, even when closed. Being next to a busy fast local road (which you do not see on the property photos!) made it hard to relax — even though we were on the mountain side, the traffic was loud because cars are driving at high speed (80-100km/h). If you get the other apartment that faces the road, good luck sleeping. The mattresses weren’t comfy and need to be changed. The big terrace is shared, so other guests could see straight into our kitchen/living room, what we actually experienced, and we could hear their conversations and could smell the cigarettes, all because of the bad build of the doors and windows which is letting all in. You cannot open the main building door the whole way because a small roof is badly placed and in a way of the door, you have big suitcases and bags...We came for peace and quiet, but sadly didn’t find much of it. Change/adjust the door and windows seals pronto! In every room!

Everything was clean. Lot of parking spots. Nice tv screens in both rooms. Great modern coffee machine with beans included. Nice terrasse with a mountain view. Kitchen was fully equiped.

Mattresses were quite soft and looked cheap. Wifi was sometimes unstable (for example during sports streaming), but nothing serious.

Beautiful place worth the price

The flat we lived in is located on the ground floor with big outside space. Building is only 2 years old. Everything looks like you are the first one to stay there. Very clean, kitchen fully equipped, 2 tv's one in bedroom and one in the kitchen and so many more. Mattresses are extremely comfy and lining very warm. You can control heating with an app (smart home). There are only 3 flats in the house (each flat on each floor) so its quiet. You got an access to the boots driers and garage where you can keep your skis or snowboards. Lots of space to park a car in front or at the back off the building. Everything at this property is new and modern and we loved it. Definitely one of the best places we stayed at. There are many bakeries or shops where you can buy food. If you need anything or got a problem there is that lovely young couple (owners) who can help you with everything most of the time. We definitely reccomend this place which made our holiday so enjoyable.

Schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. Bestimmt auch im Sommer ein schöner Ausgangsort für diverse Touren

Die Ausstattung des Apartements ist sehr gut. Kaffeevollautomat und eine vollwertige Küche ist vorhanden. Großzügiges Bad. Für die Ski-Schuhe steht eine Möglichkeit zum trocknen im Keller. Zugang zum Haus und Apartement über einen Zahlen-Code. Hat super funktioniert.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen von Sölden. Fahrtzeit mit dem Bus ca. 30 Minuten, War uns aber im vornherein bewusst. Muss man einfach mit einkalkulieren.

Herrliche Tage in Sölden

Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt und mit dem Skibus ist man in 30 Minuten an der Bahn in Sölden. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft.
