About this apartment rental
Our house is located on a small hill above the Längenfeld valley floor in the Winklen district. The center of Längenfeld is about 4 km away. There you’ll find shopping options, numerous restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, and the Aqua Dome thermal spa. In Winklen, you’ll also find a farm stand offering fresh milk, yogurt, eggs, and honey from an organic farmer. The surrounding area features numerous hiking trails leading to beautiful alpine pastures, as well as the via ferrata at the Lehner Waterfall; the Ötztal Local History Museum is also nearby. The Ötztal Bike Trail invites you to explore the area by bike. Sölden, with its many summer and winter activities, is 16 km away. Umhausen is 8 km away; we recommend visiting the Stuibenfall waterfall, the Ötzidorf, the Bird of Prey Park, and the swimming lake there.
The vacation rental is 110 m² and thus offers plenty of space for 2–6 people. It is located on the first floor of our house—where we also live—and has a separate entrance. The apartment is accessible only via a staircase and is therefore not wheelchair accessible!

Eva Vacation Rental:
The apartment features a spacious kitchen equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely sunroom with a cozy seating area. The sunroom is not heated—unless the sun does the job.
1 bedroom with a double bed (190x200) and a separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed (190x200) and 1 extra bed (90x200), living room with a couch, tiled stove, and stove bench, flat-screen satellite TV; next to the living room is a single room with a sleeper sofa (160x190).
In winter and on cold summer days, we’ll fire up the tiled stove for you. From the living room, you can step out onto our sun terrace and into the garden, where there’s plenty of seating and you can enjoy the sun with a panoramic view of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
