Welcome to our farm in the Ötztal Valley! The unique landscape, the peace and quiet, and the seclusion make the mountain village of Niederthai in the Ötztal Valley a hidden gem! We greatly appreciate that our farm is located far from the hustle and bustle on the tranquil, sunny plateau of Niederthai. The two apartments (approx. 58m²) for 4 to 5 people are lovingly furnished and decorated – perfect for a relaxing holiday! Base price for 4 people. Two bedrooms with solid wood double beds (180x200 cm), extra bed (90x200 cm) *Living room with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV *Dining room *Modern kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker (your choice of), kettle, egg cooker, and toaster *Two bathrooms with shower/toilet and hairdryer *Balcony with breathtaking mountain views *Dish towels, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, organic and regular garbage bags, toilet paper

Adventureland - kids can experience a lot in and around our farm.
The petting zoo is a huge hit with children. Up close contact with a variety of animals, such as guinea pigs, cats, llamas, alpacas, horses and ponies (English Thoroughbred, Warmblood, Tinker, Haflinger & Shetlands). Shetland pony leading and riding lessons are available from Monday to Friday and only take place in summer. The weekly free llama and alpaca hike (summer and winter) with Lamero Gerhard is a hit with young and old! In winter, the Niederthai Card is included, which includes all snow sports!
