Very good

Nice accomodation in traditional mountain cottage. We appreciate contactless check-in, enough space for our luggage and parking place. Our appartement had two balconies. The kitchen was well equiped (only electric kettle missing), beds were very comfortable and the balcony view was very nice.

Very small bathroom, I think they can change the layout of the bathroom and the kitchen in the future. In comparison with other accomodation the kitchen was quite old style. There could also be some partition on the balcony and some additional chairs. I missed the hairdryer and electric kettle (there was only coffemachine to make boiled watter).

דירה מקסימה, שקטה מאוד, מצוידת היטב, נקיה ומסודרת. יש יציאה למרפסת הן מפינת הישיבה והן מחדר השינה. המארחת מקסימה, שירותית, זמינה לכל דבר ואפילו קפצה אלינו במיוחד בכדי להסביר לנו כיצד להפעיל את הכיריים והתנור. המיקום מעולה .

Absolute Empfehlung!!

Die Ausstattung ist stimmig und die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Frau Pienz war sehr gut erreichbar und man merkt einfach, dass die Familie viel Herzblut in die Unterkunft und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste steckt. Besser hätte es uns nicht gefallen können. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Obiekt wart polecenia.

My mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie na parterze. Właścicielka była bardzo uprzejma. Sam obiekt jest usytuowany w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie niedaleko centrum Oetz i stacji narciarskiej. Pokoje są czyste, a łóżka wygodne. Bardzo ładna łazienka ze świetnym prysznicem w apartamencie na parterze (w jednym z tych na górze zdecydowanie wymaga remontu). W kuchni dość miejsca dla gości, którzy mogą spokojnie przygotować i zjeść posiłki. Bardzo ważne, że można parkować przed obiektem. Do dyspozycji gości jest także bardzo przestronna wspólna przechowalnia sprzętu z suszarką do butów narciarskich. Skibus zatrzymuje się niedaleko od obiektu. Jest też możliwość zameldowania się online. Dla nas to było bardzo wygodne.

Ogólne wrażenia bardzo pozytywne. Jednak są pewne drobiazgi do poprawy. W opisie obiektu napisano, że apartament jest wyposażony w "zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty". Niestety ten "zestaw" to jakiś mini ekspres na kapsułki. Próbowaliśmy na tym urządzeniu zaparzyć kawę i herbatę dla pięciu osób. No życzymy powodzenia. W efekcie gotowaliśmy wodę na herbatę w garnku, bo na wyposażeniu nie ma czajnika elektrycznego. A wystarczyłoby kupić czajnik elektryczny i ekspres przynajmniej przelewowy. Napisano również, że "dzieci w każdym wieku są mile widziane". I to jest super (my byliśmy z dziewięciomiesięczną wnuczką), jest nawet krzesełko. Tym bardziej dziwi, że brakuje łóżeczka, choćby turystycznego. Chociaż trzeba przyznać, że w opisie jest o tym mowa. A to przecież nie byłby duży wydatek. No i przydałyby się szafy z większą ilością półek, bo nie bardzo jest gdzie wypakować odzież.

Fantastisch voor een skivakantie op eigen houtje met het gezin.

Het appartement is iets ruimer dan verwacht. Veel kasten en heel proper. Handige broodjesservice 'smorgens om je lunch te maken voor op de piste. Supermarkt en restaurants vlakbij in Oetz (zelfs te voet bereikbaar met een korte wandeling). De locatie was perfect voor een weekje skiën. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijke bergruimte met droger voor ski's en skibotten. De skibus stopt op 60m en er was altijd voldoende plaats. Slechts 5minuten naar de skipiste.
