Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again!
Location was great, central to Umhausen and walkable to restaurants, stores, and public transportation. Kids enjoyed the games and having their own rooms. Kids enjoyed the games for playing without needing screen time.
Beds were firm, too firm for some of the family to sleep well. Family stumbled a bit on the threshold transitions that were uneven between rooms and the hallways.

Cheap accomodation with lots of negatives
The price was low, the distance to Solden is okay.
There was a problem with the parking, the provided intructions were not clear where it's allowed to park. The ceilings in the apartment are extremely low so anybody having 180cm or more will bump his head at many places. When showering, the whole street is watching you from very short distance, we used a towel to cover the window. The smell of gas when heating is quite unpleasant. The wardrobes as well as most of the equipment remember Franz Josef. The communication with the owner in English is a challenge.

Great value little house, lots more space than we were expecting. Very clean and tidy. Easy access to local amenities with ski areas not too far beyond. Thanks

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub
Das Häuschen liegt mit Blick auf die Berge fast im Ortskern Umhausens und sehr ruhig. Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Betten sind himmlisch. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum parken gibt es einen großen Parplatz nur 2 Minuten entfernt oder gegenüber vom Haus an der Hecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sowie gute Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Wanderwege (Stuibenfall) und das Freibad sind zu Fuß vom Haus gut erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank an Herrn Adomat, bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Häuschen aus ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen für alle die Erholung suchen.
