Excellent location, accommodation and facilities.

It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and maintained.

Nothing, it was suitable for our stay. We were warmly welcomed and any help we needed was provided by the host.

The perfect home for our winter holiday.

Melanie and Alexander are very kind and welcoming hosts, super fast to provide answers and advice. You can see that they take great pride and effort in running Landhaus Waldhart which translated in a very nice holiday for our family. The rooms were big and comfy, the kitchen fully equipped to prep those big family dinners and the apartment in general had a very cozy feeling. It's located near shops for groceries, quick access to the main road and it is close enough to explore all surrounding ski resorts. We will definitely come back again.

Heerlijke plek om Oostenrijk te ontdekken.

De locatie en de tuin. Heerlijke uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Oostenrijk. Vooral de veranda in de tuin is fijn. Contact met de eigenaar was ook erg fijn. Gaf goede tips over de omgeving.

De woonkamer was wat aan de kleine kant. We hadden mooi weer dus waren vooral buiten in de tuin te vinden. Bij slecht weer is de woonkamer waarschijnlijk te klein.

Modernes Apartment mit freundlichen Vermietern

Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und die Wohnung modern eingerichtet mit allen Geräten /Waschmaschine / Geschirr und Utensilien, die man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir waren mit zwei Familien da. Die eine Hälfte fuhr Richtung Oetz zu bestens präparierten Skipisten und die anderen zu den ebenfalls perfekten Langlaufloipen nach Niederthai. Beides war sehr gut von der Unterkunft in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es fehlte maximal ein Skiraum zum Trocknen der Skiausrüstung. Wir durften aber alles mit in die Wohnung nehmen.
