110m2 alapterület, 4 szoba plusz konyha, fürdő, WC, közlekedő. Külön bejáratú komplett emelet. Megbízható fűtés, melegvíz, stb. Főút melletti, de nyugodt környezet.
Néhány kisebb felújítással szebbé lehetne tenni. A mosogatógép bizonytalanul működik.

Værten var meget søde og imødekommende, talte dog ikke engelsk men forstod rimligt mit dårlige tysk. Vi havde vores hund med og den var meget velkommen også. Der var god plads og sengene var behagelige. Vi kunne parkere lige udenfor. Om dagen tog vi til Area 47 som var i en overskuelige afstand fra boligen her.
Sofaerne er meget små og hårde. Der kom meget lidt sollys ind da boligen ligger imellem 2 bjerge. Der var ingen paletkniv.. hvilket gjorde det umuligt at lave spejlæg. Der var alle mulige rengøringsmidler bare ikke opvaskemiddel og håndsæbe.
