L’accoglienza di Zoe e di sua madre. La posizione della struttura, da cui si aveva una bella vista su una porzione dell’ampia vallata. La pulizia impeccabile e il profumo presente già sulle scale che portavano all’appartamento. Gli ampi locali. Il kit di benvenuto (cialde di caffè, detersivo per piatti e lavastoviglie). I letti molto comodi.
L’assenza di uno spazio dove stare all’aperto (stanno comunque preparando un balcone)
