Large comfortable and quiet apartment just off the main street of Oetz.

Just off the main street of Oetz with its multitude of restaurants, shops and cafes, this apartment was only a couple of minutes' walk down a country lane behind the street. Our apartment was on the ground floor (up about 4-5 steps from the parking area) and we immediately loved it. A smallish but workable kitchen, and huge lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas and chairs, a small second bedroom (which we didn't use), and quite a reasonable bathroom with lots of hot water. There's a small area in the kitchen to leave coats, shoes etc. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Just past the apartment building is a lovely brook with well-used bicycle paths. We had a great time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

No matter how much we tried, we just couldn't log in to the wi-fi with the user name and password that we received. But with the low cost of roaming these days, it wasn't that important anyway, so we didn't bother the host about it.

Empfehlenswert & jederzeit wieder

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Fluss, ruhige Lage, umrandet von den Bergen u doch zentral im Stadtkern… es kann alles zu Fuß erreicht werden - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Start für Wandertouren… von der Unterkunft wurde nachgefragt, ob alles passt u jederzeit die Möglichkeit geboten, sich zu melden… es war immer freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal am Telefon… man kann diese Unterkunft nur jederzeit empfehlen… unsere Gruppe hatte einen Hund dabei, super für den schnellen Gassi Weg am Morgen oder Abend… wir kommen gerne wieder

Het is een ruim appartement met een zeer volledig inrichting. Ook de keuken was erg compleet. Het bed was comfortabel. Je zit in het centrum van het dorp.

Het duurde heel lang voor het water van de douche warm werd.

Feiner Kurzurlaub Gruppe

Viel Platz, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wurde. Personal war zwar nicht vor Ort, hat sich aber mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Kurze Entfernungen zum Skibus, Restaurant und Einkauf.

Skischuhtrockner und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Ski beengt und zu wenig beleuchtet.

100% serviceorientiertes Personal (vor allem die super nette Frau Eva :), hilft bei Bedarf jeder Zeit, um den Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten. Anfragen nach frischen Handtüchern oder anderen Annehmlichkeiten wurden jederzeit schnell und super nett bearbeitet. Auch über touristische Ziele / Angebote wurde top beraten. Wohnung sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Auf in den Urlaub! ;)

WLAN ist sehr langsam. Schon mit 2 Personen online streikt es sehr regelmäßig.
