About this apartment rental

Our family-run guesthouse is situated in hilly and central location. The new apartment with approx. 65 sqm has 2 bedroom and a big kitchen-cum-living room. The big terrace doors and large windows show a great panoramic view to the Acherkogl and the ski area Hochoetz. The comfortable apartment with sperate entrance is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, satellite flatscreen TV, radio, CD-player and washing machine.
The skibus stop is approximately 100 m away.

Spacious, modern holiday apartment with all amenities, quiet location, lovely hosts. Conveniently located at the entrance to the Ötztal valley. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

moderne, geräumige, super ausgestattete Ferienwohung (es fehlte absolut an nichts), ruhig gelegen, liebenswerte Vermieter. Günstiger Standort am Taleingang des Ötztals , das Familienskigebiet Hochötz ist nur 5 Fahrminuten entfernt - die sportlichen Skidestinationen Sölden, Vent und die Gurgels sind in ca 30 Min erreicht. - Wir waren vollauf zufrieden... Liebe Sabine wir kommen bestimmt wieder...

Wir haben eine Woche Winterurlaub in der FeWo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, sprich sie ist komplett ausgestattet! Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht aus dem Wohn- Essbereich in das Ötztal und auf die Berge. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sowie Gaststätten befinden sich im Ort. Spar-Markt, M-Preis, Hofer (Aldi) swie Tankstellen sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man das ganze Ötztal sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Mit dem Skibus kommt man in die Skigebiete Oetz, Ochsenkarten und Kühtai. Im ganzen TAk gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Winter- und Schneeschuhwanderungen: Infos liegen in der Wohnung oder bei der Tourist-Info. Besonders zu Empfehlen ist der Aqua Dom in Längenfeld. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist echt klasse!!!
