Comfortable, clean and cosy
The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant, comfortable stay. It is very clean, it was almost as if we were the first guests ever 😀. It is a very short walk from the apartment to the bus stop and supermarkets. Umhausen is more quiet and rural then for instance Sölden, which we prefer.

THE PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION ON BOOKING.COM ARE MISLEADING! The landlord posted photos from multiple apartments, even if they are not the one rented! Furthermore, the "2 bedroom flat" it is in fact 1 bedroom flat and 1 separate room, across the main hallway of the house - completely separated! When pointed to landlord, the rude answer was "it's not our problem". Nobody welcomed us at the property, nor appeared during our stay. Not even at the end, when the landlord should have collected the local tax! The rooms were cold, only after 3 days started to be warm. The appliances in the rooms were old and basic. The balcony had electric wires with improvised bindings, which look unprofessional and dangerous. The parking place was not enough when all guests were back at the place, during evenings and it was never cleaned of ice, so it was dangerous for kids and elders to approach the car.

Lovely furnished apartment. Very new and clean, good standard. Village centre and bathing lake are both in walking distance, so is Oetzi village. Trips to surrounding hills possible too.
