Nice apartments close to Alp trails and ski-resorts with the friendliest owners/staff.

Friendly owners / staff who whole heartedly welcomes you and makes sure you have what you need and know about the local area. Goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and joyful as possible, even on a short visit like ours. We where really pleased with our stay and would like to come back.

We rented an apartment that is attached to the nearby hotel (2 min walk from the apartments). We were somewhat confused when we came, as the apartment looks like a residential area and we were not aware of the hotel when we came. A permanent resident on the ground floor was friendly to help us where to check in. Just for your information - check in is at the hotel on the main road.

Ein toller Aufenthalt und direktes Wohlfühlen vor Ort – 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene waren sehr glücklich. Am ersten Tag um

Franz Stierschneider ist ein super Chef und Gastgeber, der das wirklich lebt. Man sieht ihn den ganzen Tag, selbst abends noch hinter der Bar beim Gläserpolieren. Toll war auch die Abholung vom Bahnhof und die persönlichen Tipps für Unternehmungen. Toll ist außerdem, dass man als Apartment-Gast alle Bereiche des Hotels mitnutzen kann (Spa, Frühstück etc.), das macht den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

Das Hotel befindet sich gerade in einer Namensänderung und Neupositionierung, was natürlich Zeit braucht und nicht schnell umgesetzt ist. Einige Bereiche sind dadurch aktuell etwas auf der Strecke geblieben. Der Spa-Bereich wirkt insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen: sehr kalte Umkleiden, abgenutzte Handtücher und teilweise noch mit altem Hotelnamen. Beim Frühstück ist das Angebot in Ordnung, aber Raum und Buffet wirken recht altbacken und etwas lieblos gestaltet – neues Equipment würde es aufwerten. Auch das Apartment selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mülltrennung ohne verschiedene Behälter im Apartment ist schwierig umzusetzen. Durch die fehlende Spülmaschine waren Geschirr und Küchenutensilien bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Ein kleines Startpaket mit Müllbeuteln, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle und Schwämmen wäre eine einfache und sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Esperienza da ripetere!

La disponibilità e l'accoglienza dei proprietari, sempre sorridenti e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Ottimi anche i servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura dell'hotel, tutti peraltro gratuiti (piscina, noleggio e-bike, ping-pong, ...).

Da migliorare la connessione wi-fi dell'appartamento ed il materasso del letto, troppo morbido (questo però è un giudizio puramente soggettivo).

wohnung war sauber, balkon war super. wohnung hat gepasst

die beschreibung ist missleitend. das haus hat 3 sterne, nicht 4, steht am haus. macht es das zu 4 sternen weil ein pool im hotel nebenan ist? hab ich so noch nicht gesehen auf booking. schaut man alle bilder durch, glaubt man im 4 sterne hotel mit apartment zu sein. ich hätte genauer schauen müssen, aber das wirkt doch auch gewollt so.

Toto místo se nám velice líbilo a ještě bych se sem klidně s rodinou vrátil :-)

Jednalo se velmi přátelské přijetí panem majitelem a i když jsme přijeli o něco dříve než byl Check In, tak jsme byli puštěni do hotelového bazénu, kde jsme se s dětmi zabavili. Smídaně byly na výtěčné úrovni. V neposlední řadě jsme byli ohromeni získáním pobytové regionální karty Insbruck Welcome Card, která při délce našeho pobytu 3 a více nocí zahrnovala nezpočet bezplatných aktivit po celém regionu a to včetně volných vstupů na vybrané lanovky. Díky tomuto jsme vlastně už nemuseli moc věcí doplácet a pokud bych jel opět do Rakouska, budu se po těchto regionálních aktivitách ptát a přesvědčí mě to znovu minimálně tuto oblast navštívit.

Snad jen matrace na postelích by mohly být lepší

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon, das Personal hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne ,große Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat bei vielen Fragen ausgeholfen. Die Lage ist auch gut, da man ab dort sehr schöne Wanderungen in die Umgebung machen kann.

Für das Wetter kann keiner etwas.

Fijne vakantie in de bergen

De ruimte in het appartement met mooi groot balkon. Het voortreffelijke eten in het hotel en het zeer vriendelijke personeel .Goede bergwandelmogelijikheden

Al eens eerder geweest. Prachtig uitzicht. Mooie omgeving, heerlijk eten in het restaurant. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Niets. Wel een tip: een magnetron in de keuken, en wat schemerlampjes ipv alleen grootlicht in woonkamer zou fijn zijn.

Familienurlaub mit E-Bikes

Besonders toll war die Möglichkeit, sich E-Bikes von der Unterkunft zu leihen. Da leider wegen Renovierung der Pool geschlossen hatte, gab uns der Vermieter viele Tipps für Schwimmbäder in der Region.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Monsieur Stierschneider est exceptionnelle. L’appartement est bien équipé et comfortable. Localisation proche de Innsbrck et du Oetztal. L’Hotel de son côté vient d’être rénové.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, auch Sauna und Schwimmbad. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, die Lage sehr gut um Wanderungen in der schönen Umgebung zu unternehmen. Es gibt einen vernünftigen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir uns selbst versorgt haben.

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Falls es für andere relevant ist: um zwischendurch remote zu arbeiten, wäre das WLAN nicht stabil genug gewesen. Da das aber nicht anstand, habe ich auch nicht nachgefragt, ob etwas verbessert werden kann.
