The house is very nice and clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. The garden and terrace are also well kept and you can see the mountains from the house. The surroundings are quiet and the location is perfect for trips in the area. Staying at this house gives you access to an indoor pool and other facilities at Laerchenhof Familiotel which is great if you have kids😊

Alles, het huis is compleet voor een perfecte kerstvakantie met ons gezin. De faciliteiten zijn goed en schoon. De eigenaar had zelfs een kerstboom geregeld!

De locatie ligt wat verder af van een skigebied, maar dat kwam ook door de sneeuwomstandigheden. Als je je daarop instelt is het geen probleem.

Soggiorno rilassante ma non stimolante.

La casa è bellissima, molto spaziosa, luminosa, ben arredata e ricca di comfort. Stupenda e ben organizzata la zona SPA. Eravamo in 6 persone con 2 cani e siamo riusciti a gestire perfettamente gli spazi. Dalle numerose finestre di cui è dotata non è raro scorgere scoiattoli e cerbiatti che escono dal bosco adiacente alla villa. Il soggiorno nella struttura è stato molto piacevole.

Il frigorifero con cella frigorifera è troppo piccolo per le persone che potrebbe ospitare la casa. I materassi e i guanciali sono molto scomodi. Il paese è un tranquillissimo, elegante ma deserto quartiere residenziale immerso nella natura a due passi dal bosco ma senza alcuna attrazione. A 1 Km di distanza c'è uno Spar ben assortito, ma non c'è niente altro. Per trovare un po' di vita è necessario spostarsi a Imst, a Telfs o a Innsbruck. Le escursioni che partono dal paese sono numerose ma adatte a famiglie con bambini, sono decisamente limitative per chi desidera una montagna più varia e selvaggia. In questo caso è necessario spostarsi in auto per individuare escursioni più interessanti. La Card per gli ospiti offre poche possibilità di utilizzo soprattutto per gli impianti di risalita. Attenzione se viaggiate con il vostro pet perché i costi giornalieri sono alti. Anche gli eventuali ospiti aggiuntivi durante il soggiorno devono pagare una quota a parte non indifferente.

Perfekt für Gruppen

Super sauber, Ausstattung besonders Wellnessbereich war hervorragend, leider gab es eine Doppelbuchung aber die Gastgebenden haben schnell eine Lösung gefunden, das Toilettenpapier war flauschig... würden sofort wieder buchen!

Eher abgelegen, es empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto anzureisen
