Amazing

We had an amazing stay, house was comfortable with almost everything we needed. Big rooms, comfy beds and Beautiful scenery and lovely hosts.

Had a great stay but would have likedn the following information, there was no shower gel/shampoo and no handwash, there is also no separate living room(with sofa's)

Silent and beautiful country house

Super nice Host, place is very beautiful, views are sooo gut! It's quite silent also. It's a wonderful place for company of friend with cars (it's hard to get there without a car), also it's gut for big families, I suppose. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking. It's 15-20 minutes by car to Hochoetz or to Kuhtai. In winter you should be ready for narrow and steep road to house.

In one of the rooms it were a little cold all the time. But everything else was just perfect!

The location was magnificent and the hosts were very friendly. There was lots of space and a very well-equipped kitchen. It would have been nice if the TV had connections for streaming from own devices. The bathroom was basic but functional. The sink for handwashing was small and hard to use without splashing all over. However, there were big sinks in all the bedrooms to use.

The family atmosphere. The nice old style building, the views, the animals from the farm, the little road to get there, the always open door... the friendly people giving us nice advice on things to do.

A bit far away from everything... equipment a bit old (missing a lettuce dryer and other little stuffs) but that was not that important

Breathtaking!

I did not realize this was 900 m above the village when I booked it and that was a wonderful surprise! The views were incredible. The host was the nicest host I’ve ever encountered. She took my kids around and let them “help” with the farm animals. They were ecstatic when she gave them each a freshly laid egg to take home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat; hopefully next time in the winter! House was clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Only negative was the internet didn’t really work, but I already knew that was an issue from reading previous reviews. And the host made us aware upon check-in as well; it’s just impossible to get good internet in their location. Not a negative for us at all, just wanted to make others aware just in case.

Piękna lokalizacja wysoko w górach, ze wspaniałym widokiem z tarasu. Super przyjaźni właściciele. Cicho i spokojnie. Czyste pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia. Fajny wesoły pies i jaskółki latające przy oknie urozmaicają pobyt :)

Vistas espectaculares y cálida acogida

Alojamiento en una granja. Lo mejor la amabilidad de los anfitriones y las vistas desde el alojamiento. La familia que gestiona el alojamiento fue super amable y atenta. Hasta el perro era super simpático y nos acompañaba en algún paseo. Desde el balcón del apartamento se domina el valle del rio Inn y las vistas son espectaculares. Muchas excursiones por la zona. Aunque el tiempo fue un poco frio, en julio, disfrutamos mucho esos días y nos gustaría volver otro año.

Como es típico en muchas granjas del Tirol, para llegar tiene una carretera muy estrecha en el último tramo, pero solo los últimos dos kilómetros. Un pequeño inconveniente para conseguir esas vistas. Además, como ese camino solo va a dos granjas, pues tiene muy poco tráfico, y si te encuentras otro coche son muy amables y ceden el paso si ven que eres turista. ¡Muchas gracias por eso!

Prachtig appartement op een fantastische locatie

Fantastische locatie en heel vriendelijke eigenaren! Een absolute aanrader. Locatie is bovenop de berg met een fantastisch uitzicht. In de wintermaanden zijn sneeuwkettingen wel een must bij sneeuwval.
