Nice people and nice new comfortable apartment. It is good place to stay for skiing.

Nice new apartment not so far from Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and Kaunertal ski resorts. The services were excellent. Especially I'd like to thanks Elisa Lutz.

Very poor

Location

The house is directly to a constraction, there were working hours from 7:00 am, even on Ssturday with extreme noise. There were no information giving about beforehand. The circumstances of the billing was not exact, there were extra fees asked, although the total amount was communicated by the booking. Not recommended at all

Good

The apartment was very clean, and with nice interior design. There is plenty of parking space. We liked the location - very short walk from great Italian restaurant, very short drive from a supermarket. If you're staying in Prutz while skiing in Fiss, you'd probably find this location to be pretty convenient.

The mattress - it literally killed my back. I'd encourage the host to think about replacing the mattress. Also it'd have been great to have some more mugs, cutlery and some basic spices like salt and pepper.

Úžasný pobyt, vrátila bych se a doporučuji

Design, vybavení, čistota, poloha (do Fissu autem 12 minut, supermarket asi 500 metrů od apartmánu), velmi vstřícná a ochotná hostitelka, která mi pomohla, když jsem potřebovala. Můžu doporučit!!!

Goed verblijf gehad

Locatie was goed tov activiteiten in de omgeving. Dicht bij een bushalte. Ook een klein speeltuintje in de buurt. De wasmachine was ook erg handig.

Het plaatsje Prutz zelf. Er was weinig te doen. 2 restaurants waren dicht ivm vakantie.

Die Kommunikation war super nett und super schnell. Außerdem war es sehr sauber.

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, aber dias Bett und das Schlafsofa haben sehr laut gequietscht. Trotzdem war alles super.

Krásný a plně vybavený apartmán s výhledem na řeku a hory

Apartmán byl nadstandardní - veliký, plně vybavený (trouba, mikrovlnka, toustovač, kávovar na překapávanou kávu, toastovač, pračka). Vše bylo nové, postele pohodlné a obrovský balkon se závěsnou houpačkou a příjemným posezením. Seděli jsme tady a pozorovali řeku Inn, která teče přímo před ubytováním. K tomu výhled na hory, prostě nádhera. Asi tak 50 metrů od ubytování je autokemp a dětské hřiště. Elisa byla velmi příjemná a nápomocná. Po Rakousku cestujeme po několikáté, vždy na jiné místo, ale tady poprvé jsme si řekli, že bychom se rádi vrátili.

Fantastisch en voor herhaling vatbaar

Prachtig appartement, zeer comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Vriendelijke host die dmv Whatsapp altijd direct antwoord gaf op vragen. Zij was ook dagelijks fysiek in de buurt. Een zeer goede locatie om veel dingen te kunnen ondernemen. Onder andere Innsbruck, het Ötztall, de Timmelsjoch, de Reschensee in Italie en St. Moritz in Zwitserland zijn in de buurt.

Het zou fijn geweest zijn als er horren voor de ramen zouden zitten en er een airconditioning aanwezig zou zijn. We zaten in het bovenste appartement en het was erg warm.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere Wohnung und eine top ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden Check in und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfacher den je

Die Matratze waren für uns zu weich (Geschmacksache) Salz und Pfeffer waren vorhanden aber leer, Spüli und Seife im Bad haben leider gefehlt

Alles perfekt, Ausstattung toll, wunderbare Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und genügend Platz mit zwei Kindern, eines davon ein Baby mit Kinderwagen. Die Aussicht mit den Bergen war super schön, der Inn liegt direkt gegenüber, absolut schön für die Kinder, eine große Terrasse mit Möbeln direkt vor der Türe, für Spiele Abende oder einfach ein gemütliches zusammen sitzen optimal. Zu Fuß ist alles umliegend erreichbar. Auch mit dem Auto dauert es nicht lange in die umliegende Städte. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft ist modern, geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr praktisch war die Ladesäule für E-Autos und die Nähe zum Skibus und zu Bäcker, Restaurants und generell dem Dorfkern.
