Couldn't have been better.

Couldn’t have been better. The apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed (and lots of lovely touches). The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures.

perfect organization for maximal comfort

guests outside of the hotel are strictly forbidden to come in our apartment. for dinner or for board game evening. if we’ve knew that in advanced, we wouldn’t have chosen to stay in this hotel-apartment.

Exceptional

The Hotel Alpin Chalet am Burgsee was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning views. The hotel itself was beautifully designen. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure that all of our needs were taken care of during our stay. Whether we needed recommendations for ski runs or help with the transportation, the staff were always happy to assist. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight of the hotel was the outside pool, which was well heated. Overall, we would highly recommend the Hotel Alpin Chalet to anyone. And we are looking forward to come back!

Superb

Very spacious and clean apartments. The staff is very friendly and the wellness was excellent. The chalet is close to the Burgsee (with nice view on the castle), perfect for a swim and the kids enjoyed rowing the boat. Also the location is perfect: in a more quite area but still close to all tourist attractions that can be reached easily via the cable car. Perfect area for mountainbike.

The apartment Seetraum was next to the parking space and above the kids play room, so noisy at some times. But overall the stay at Chalets Am Burgsee was fantastic and we would love to come back!

Excellent stay!

Modern, spacious and clean apartment. The location was very nice, in a quiet area near to a lake. The wellness facilities were beautiful. Good for families.

Very good skying holiday

The host was very friendly. Apartment was very clean, the bed is very comfortable and we very liked the sauna area.

We didn’t Like that a lot of people are leaving towels on the beds in sauna area and do not use them. It is really enough beds in sauna area, but it would be better if everyone would be using them only then they need them. The bathrobes should also hang instead of lying on the empty beds. But it is not an apartment problem it is lack of guest understanding.

Uitstekend "basiscamp" voor skivakantie in het leuke skigebied Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus

Prachtig gelegen direct onder de burcht van Ladis. Ruim modern appartement, alle keukengerei aanwezig, zelfs sodastream. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Warm buitenzwembad van 32 graden, grote wellness area met meerdere sauna's, stoombad etc. Parking bij hotel, ook laadstation voor de hybride. Shuttleservice naar liftstation. Gratis lockers voor de ski's bij het liftstation.

Hanglamp over de keukentafel was te zwak, plafondlampen prima maar iets kil. Duurt circa 30 min (incl omkleden) voor men bij de liften in Fiss is. (In Ladis is er maar de shuttle lift naar Fiss en een enkele blauwe piste).

Skvělá hrací místnost se stolním fotbálkem, stolním dotykovým tabletem s různými hrami ala piškvorky apod, 2 herní počítače, hry i pro malé děti. Skříň plná deskových her. I puberťáci se zabaví. Vybavenost a čistota v apartmánech top. Super lokalita, super sommer card v ceně ubytování = zdarma všechny lanovky a autobusy c. 221 mezi vesnicemi Ladis - Fiss - Serfaus, na kartu možné čerpat i slevy do bike parku a atrakce ve Fin parku.
