The appartment really really clean and has everything you need to stay comfortable and cook with a family. Real close to Ladis cable car station and close by car from serfaus

The Sommercard is said to be included but actually IT IS NOT. You have to pay for it even if you dont want or need it (5€/pax/day). The lady told us she has warned booking many times but the announcment is misleading so beware! The lady the sommercard is mandatory from tourist autorités 🤔 Cash only : be prepared! No clear instructions upon arrival you have to call the lady. It would be fortunate that the owner contact guests beforehand to warn about the sommercard and clear instructions for arrival and the cashonly condition...
