Dirty, smelly, and bad value.

Location is relatively close to Serfaus Bikepark. The bakery across the street is great!

The whole building smells bad. Room was not clean (dirty windows, bad smell in the bathroom, full ashtray on the balcony). The whole place seems very run down (broken wardrobe doors, broken balcony chairs).

Het huis was alleen maar Ikea, ikea, ikea. Het tweepersoonsbed, was het uitschuifbed van Ikea. Verder was er geen tweepersoonsbed. Het was heel klein. Badkamer was mini. Personeel wel aardig.

Gute Lage und Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Bäcker direkt nebenan.

Sehr unprofessionelles Personal. Die Prozesse und Abläufe sind nicht aufeinander abgestimmt, Informationslage ist schlecht. Frech fand ich, dass noch versucht wurde, uns als Gästen die Schuld für das Check-in Missverständnis in die Schuhe zu schieben. Diese Erfahrung lässt mich sagen, dass wir definitiv nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Dobré bydlení s parkováním a snadnou dostupností do Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, pekárna za rohem.

Jednoduchý příjezd, parkování u bydlení, dobře vybavená kuchyň, komunikace s ubytovatelem. Blízko do pekárny a centra města. Tříděný odpad v budově.

Aplikace pro online check-in, nedostatek místa pro sušení věcí po lyžování - věšáky, háčky, poličky nad topením. V apartmánu pro 6 lidí koupelna s toaletou - chtělo by to oddělit.

Duschabfluss funktioniert mässig und im Abfluss hatte es Haare. Das TV Bedienungsgerät funktionierte nicht. Die Möglichkeit im Gang ( innenbereich) eine Jacke oder ähnlich zu deponieren fehlt. ( Haken/ Garderobe)

Aufenthalt im Haus Rose (Studio 9) war enttäuschend.

Positiv zu erwähnen ist der nahegelegene Bäcker mit seiner schönen Auswahl sowie der freundliche und zuverlässige Kontakt mit Katja, die den Schriftverkehr organisierte.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie zum Skifahren im Haus Rose untergebracht (Studio 9) und sind leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Die Garderobe war locker, die Schranktüren hingen schief, und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Heizung war entweder sehr heiß oder kalt, eine vernünftige Regelung war nicht möglich. Zudem fehlte es an Möglichkeiten, Handtücher aufzuhängen, weshalb wir sie über die Stühle legen mussten. Auch die BOSCH Tassimo-Kapselmaschine war aus ökologischer und ökonomischer Sicht nicht ideal. Insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung alt und schlecht gewartet, was in keinem guten Verhältnis zum Preis stand.

Ļoti jauka vieta tuvu kalnu takām, āra peldbaseinam. Blakus konditoreja, veikals un kafejnīca.

Apartamentos ir virtuve, kur ir viss nepieciešamais aprīkojums un trauki, lai pagatavotu ēdienu, arī kafijas automāts un kafijas kapsulas. Netālu no viesu nama atrodas brīnišķīgs āra peldbaseins par nelielu samaksu.

Het was vies en stoffig, de douche liep niet af. Onpersoonlijk en je kreeg geen reactie op je vraag. Daardoor kochten wij een sommercard, terwijl we deze op dag 2 van het verblijf kregen.

Het licht midden in het centrum. We konden de fietsen in een garage zetten.

De schoonmaak kosten ,er verblijven nu veel gasten maar voor een nacht. Die kosten zijn dan te hoog. In de zomer is er niet veel te beleven.

Was prima en praktisch en voldeed aan alles.

Stroom ging einde avond uit in het gehele appartemenr en er was niemand bereikbaar. Is in de ochtend om 7:30 uur pas op gereageerd maar daardoor niks kunnen opladen.

Nie wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist an sich schön und ok ausgestattet - aber die Geschäftspraktiken waren für mich abstoßend. Wer so Geschäfte treibt soll nicht an mir verdienen, ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

Einige Angaben in der Anzeige sind nicht korrekt: - WLAN ist NICHT im ganzen Bereich verfügbar - im 2. Schlafzimmer hat man keinen Empfang. - Die Unterkunft ist NICHT privat vermietet. Erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung bekam ich eine ordentliche Rechnung. Die war dann ausgestellt von Perfekt Immo GmbH in Karrösten. Die "Gastgeberin" ist nach eigener Aussage nur angestellt, sobald es etwas zu klären gibt muss sie sich mit ihrem Chef rücksprechen. Das lief bei uns so: Wir hatten gebucht für 3 Nächte und 3 Personen. Einen Tag vor Anreise habe ich angefragt ob für 2 Nächte eine Freundin zusätzlich kommen kann. Keine Antwort bei booking. Am Tag der Anreise dann ein Anruf. Uns wird gesagt, dass eine zusätzliche Person 50 Euro pro Nacht(!) kostet. Und weil die Buchung bei booking so schwer zu ändern ist gehe das auch nur in bar. Ich sage dass die komplette Buchung für 4 Personen (statt 3) insgesamt nur 12 Euro höher gewesen wäre (im Grunde ja auch nur eine Bettwäsche mehr), wir aber trotzdem bereit wären 25 Euro in bar für 2 Nächte zu zahlen. Antwort: Sie muss erst mal ihren Chef fragen. Abends bei der Ankunft dann: Nein 50 Euro pro Nacht muss sein. Haben wir natürlich nicht gemacht. Gästekarten: Das ist die Gegenleistung für die Tourismusabgabe. Man kann damit umsonst Bus fahren, ins Freibad, etc. Ich habe meine Karte erst am 2. Abend bekommen, digital per Mail - kannte ich noch nicht. Auf meine Rückfrage hin, ob die eine Karte für uns alle gilt, antwortet unsere Gastgeberin, dass sie das gleich morgen mit dem Tourismusbüro klärt. Hab nie wieder etwas von Ihr dazu gehört - und natürlich muss jeder Gast eine Karte bekommen. Der Witz kam hinterher: Wir sollen doch bitte eine 10 Sterne Bewertung dalassen! Unglaublich...
