A very comfortable and welcoming stay with generous hosts and spacious rooms!

We stayed at Apart Bergland over New Year’s, and everything was great. The hosts were fantastic - extremely helpful, warm, and generous. After returning from skiing on Dec 31, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and festive glasses, which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooms are very large, and the entire property is exceptionally clean. Towel service is available upon request, which worked very well for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, and all basic essentials, so everything you need is there. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The location is a bit remote, with only a few houses in the small village, and the closest grocery store is about 3 kilometers away. It’s therefore best to bring everything you may need in advance. While the rooms are very well equipped overall, some items such as shampoo, hand soap, and kitchen towels are not provided and should be brought along. Nothing major - just good to be aware of when planning your stay.

Kaunertal Snowboard Trip.

It was good because it was cost-effective, quiet, and I could use a waxing room. The host is kind. As expected, it's a village like the Kingdom of Winter.

It was a little cold at night, but it was winter.

All was perfect. The location close to Kaunertal Gletscher and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (both direction approx. 30 min by car). Very clean and new facilities. Cosy, warm apartment. Very nice and helpful owner. The house is located above main road in Kaunertal, so the area is very quiet and surrounded by mountanins. Recommended if you want to have a convinient location close to famous ski areas and not overpaid like those located directly in the resorts.

Very clean spacious and new apartment. Kitchen well equipped. We love nespresso so we were very glad to have our coffee every morning. Bed was big and comfortable. Close to small grocery shop by car as well as to sauna.

Wir sind dankbar für diese wunderschöne Zeilen und werden wiederkommen

Die Vermieterin und ihre Schwiegermama waren herzallerliebst, sehr hilfsbereit, richtig richtig nette Menschen. Sie haben sogar Schlitten, die man sich ausleihen darf, so dass wir einen richtig spaßigen Schlittenfahren Nachmittag hatten. Es gibt auch einen Brötchen Service und leckeren Honig zu kaufen. Das ganze Haus und die Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht sehr bequeme Betten eine tolle Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Berge.

Byliśmy sporą grupą znajomych narciarzy w sumie 22 osoby. Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania - oprócz pokoi była narciarnia i suszarnia do butów, wewnętzny parking. Dom w cichej okolicy ale z łatwym dojazdem. Polecam szczerze.

Hele fijne en zonnige weken gehad in het Kaunertal. Een ruim en schoon appartement met een mooie en rustige ligging. Mooi uitzicht en prachtige omgeving Fantastische gastvrouwen.

Immer wieder gern!

Toller ruhiger Ort um mal abzuschalten! Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und waren immer bereit auf ein kurzes Gespräch. Brötchenservice hat tadellos funktioniert, dies muss man in Anspruch nehmen, denn es ist in diesem Ort kein Bäcker vorhanden ;) Wohnung war völlig ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub und mit allem was man so benötigt ausgestattet!

Leider keine Restaurants oder Gaststätten in der nahen fußläufigen Umgebung! Das fanden wir sehr schade, somit mussten wir immer aufs Auto zugreifen bzw. selber kochen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts! Wer Ruhe sucht, findet dort den perfekten Platz!
