Great house, rude owners and hidden charges, outdated pictures

The location was great, 3 minutes from the bus. The views were beautiful, it was close to some trekking trails etc. The house was also well equipped. When we needed a repair it was done the next day.

First of all, the man who gave the keys to my friend (a young woman) kept grabbing her arm while getting the sheets for the beds and filling personal information. Then we got charged 150EUR for cleaning of which there was no mention in the booking (maybe it was the bed sheets? if so, that's crazy expensive for bed sheets). I don't mind the fees, they just should have been disclosed. There was no washing machine. What upset me the most was that the owner said she wouldn't look for my friend's headphone because "we left the house dirty". The house wasn't even clean when we first arrived and we didn't complain. You couldn't walk around in socks because they'd get dirty after a minute or two. I washed the floor in our bedroom myself upon arrival. Spaces under the beds and drawers have probably never seen a vacuum cleaner. You could also see that not every past guest noticed the information about sheets being paid extra as the mattresses had blood stains. The sheets we got from the owners also looked like they have been around a decade or two. We didn't leave trash around, it was all in the kitchen in bags. Dirt is something normal after 10 people live in a house for a week, I thought an object owner would know that if they charge 150EUR extra for the cleaning. That's simply unprofessional and petty to refuse help like that, because the cleaning person had to do their job. Lastly the pictures are old or are taken in a way so you don't see how the 3 stays (lodge, house, apartment) look actually and you can't check with Google Maps as the street view is too old. For our house the pictures were outdated (before they added the lodge&apartment). Those are not 3 separate places, the houses are literally 2,5m apart and the apartment is in the basement of the 10 person house. You can already see a noise complaint in the apartment's review.

over all the property location and quality was good

It was not mentioned that for each person Euro 18 would be charged for the bed linens. The owner just charged us at the end of the stay. It was little bit on the expensive side. This information should be clearly mentioned in the extra cost as it substantially increases the total cost of the stay in the property

Prachtige vakantiewoning op een prachtige locatie!

Prachtig vakantiehuis! Ruim, netjes, voorzien van alle gemak. Goede bedden en grote kleerkasten op de kamers, leuke zitruimte op de bovenverdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de (besneeuwde) bergen. Goed uitgeruste keuken, hoewel één of twee extra (kleinere) kookpotten soms wel handig zouden zijn. Professionele wasmachine en droogkast aanwezig in een "waskeuken", gedeeld met een tweede vakantiewoning. De bakker in de buurt levert op bestelling aan huis: super handig! Markus en Nina zijn als eigenaars "onzichtbaar aanwezig". Vlot en snel bereikbaar wanneer je ze nodig hebt. Eén van de betere vakantiehuizen waar we al verbleven hebben, een absolute aanrader!!

Tegenvallen is veel te zwaar uitgedrukt, maar het gebruik van de aanwezige wasmachine en droogkast is naar onze mening vrij prijzig (€5,00/machine). Misschien zou ook een beetje poetsgerief (emmer, dweil,...) soms wel handig zijn bij een wat langer verblijf, in ons geval mét hond. Ongetwijfeld zouden ze dit wel voorzien hebben indien we er om gevraagd hadden, maar het was niet standaard voorhanden. Maar dat zijn uiteraard details...

Het mooiste huis in het Pitztal.

De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is een schitterend huis en het uitzicht van uit huis of tuin is subliem. Het sanitair of mooi en smaakvol. De keuken is compleet. Het heeft een gezellige grote keukentafel. Buiten in de tuin kun je geweldig zitten. En vergeet niet de prachtig sterrenhemel die je er zo gratis bij krijgt.
