A fantastic place for our family to enjoy fall break in the Alps.

Nice stay in a small Austrian town

- free parking - big apartment - strong WiFi - good location - coffee maker (but no tea) - nice balcony - great view from the window

- small TV (although it had YouTube and Netflix) - it is dog friendly but it costs 70 euros flat fee which is quite high (for comparison, 4 star hotel takes 10 euros per night). - the lady that greeted us (not the owner with whom I exchanged emails) forbade the dog from getting on the couch or bed. FYI it is impossible to impose if you leave the dog alone for a few hours (we were visiting the castles). So either you are a dog friendly place or not. And if we pay 70 euros for the dog, then you can vacuum the place and change the sheets ;)

A nice and simple stay for our family of two parents and 2 kids.

The view and location were perfect! A really nice appartment with a cosy bedroom.. not too big, but just enough space for our family. It was really close to everything: restaurants, stores, hiking paths..

I am a tall guy, so for me the bed could have been a bit bigger. But the matras was fine and we all slept well.

Ligging is mooi, ongeveer 10 minuten lopen met de skiuitrusting naar de piste.

De bedden waren prima.

Badkamer was klein, de wasbak was te groot voor de douchekabine. In de kamer staat een slaapbank, we vroegen ons of deze bank wel geschikt was om hierop de slapen, maar dat weten we niet. Wij waren met 2 personen. Al met al eigenlijk wel een prima plek voor een week, ook een mooi uitzicht op het dorp.

Alles bestens - evtl. könnte der TV bissle größer sein aber ist nur ein nice to have. Alles Kanäle waren verfügbar…

Rustikal, aussichtsreich, authentisch.

Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt rustikal, aber das Apartment war ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage hat das aber absolut wettgemacht: ein großer Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Roten Stein und die Honig war einfach wunderschön. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus, nur die Anfahrt bei Nacht ist etwas schwierig zu finden, auch mit Google Maps. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung!

Am ersten Tag war die Heizung leider noch nicht eingeschaltet, sodass es trotz Ende August und einer Außentemperatur von nur 11 Grad etwas kühl war.

Hármunknak nagyon kényelmes szállást biztosított. A terasztól gyönyörű kilátás nyílt, a szemközti hegyen a legelésző szarvasokat nézegettük. A tervezett túrákat könnyen elértük.

Geweldig!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen met meteen veel tips en praktische informatie. Ook lag er een klein presentje klaar, super! De ligging van Haus Helli is echt fantastisch, prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Midden in het dorp Berwang, maar toch rustig. Op loopafstand van een heerlijke buitenbad, supermarktje en goede restaurants. Aanrader: met de step de berg af, zo'n leuke ervaring! Omgeving is echt top; Berwang (Bärenbad), Bichlbach (klimbos, zipline, buitenbad), Heiterwang (bergmeer, top om te suppen), Lermoos en Ehrwald (Belevenis wandelroute langs waterval). Zugspitze is indrukwekkend. Genoeg mogelijkheden voor bergwandelingen en overal aardige en gastvrije mensen. Wat ons betreft een prachtig en gemoedelijk stukje Oostenrijk!

Op zich is de woning wel toe aan een (kleine) renovatie, de krakende houten vloeren en typisch Oostenrijkse inrichting hebben zeker hun charme, maar de badkamer kan best een make-over gebruiken evenals het balkon. En we misten de bakken met geraniums 😉.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Berblick

Für uns ideal (Wohnung Hönigblick), gemütlich, toller Bergblick vom Balkon; nahe Waldrand, Freibad und Laden. Nachts wunderbar ruhig, wir hörten nur Stille und leise Kuhglocken. Sehr angenehme Matratzen.

Die Baustellen ringsrum, aber dafür kann Haus Helli nichts, leider wird in Berwang immernoch gebaut, und das hört man vermutlich überall. Wir waren aber tagsüber unterwegs und kamen erst nach Feierabend der Handwerker zurück, so hatten wir es meist ruhig.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Übergabe des Zimmers verlief völlig unkompliziert – genau so, wie man es sich nach einer Anreise wünscht. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers wurden wir mit einer traumhaften Aussicht belohnt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist einfach ideal: In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, was den Einkauf für den täglichen Bedarf angenehm einfach macht. Auch die Zugspitze ist nicht weit entfernt – perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Das geteilte Ferienhaus war überraschend ruhig, sodass wir uns bestens erholen konnten. Alles funktionierte auf Anhieb: Der Fernseher lief einwandfrei, der Kühlschrank war angenehm kühl, und auch die Heizung sorgte bei Bedarf schnell für wohlige Wärme. Besonders praktisch: Wir konnten direkt am Haus parken, was viel Schlepperei erspart hat. Insgesamt war alles sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schöner Urlaub in einer angenehmen Unterkunft.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Sauber und ordentlich. Skikeller vorhanden. Gutes Preisleistungsniveau. Bei entsprechender Schneelage ist eine Abfahrt fast bis vor die Tür möglich. Bergbahnen, Skischule, kleiner Einkaufsladen und Restaurants sind alle in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Das Badezimmer (Nasszelle) ist doch recht klein.
