Wonderful owner and stylish large apt at very a competitive price - loved our stay here!

We, a family of four with two teenage kids, stayed here very well. What we found was a spacious apt that looks newly renovated, everything was spotless clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, large tv with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, very friendly owner super easy to communicate with (who gave us lots of tips on the ski-resorts nearby), private off-street parking right in front of apt, easy and private access ( ground floor apt), very nicely priced on top of all of this!

I can't really think of anything, maybe a few more hooks on the bathroom wall? :-) Lovely apt, would def stay here again!

The blinds in the bathroom could do with covering the whole window. I do prefer privacy in a bathroom. Also it isn't clear when you book that you will be charged for linen and towels on arrival.

Eine gute Wahl

Uns hat alles gefallen! Die moderne, geräumige Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten, total ruhig, in der Küche ist nahezu alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist total nett und unkompliziert; Hunde kosten nichts zusätzlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr ruhige komfortable Wohnung

Sehr ruhige Wohnung in angenehmer Lage. Alle schönen Radwege in der Nähe. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr geräumig, wir hatten noch nie so ein großes Bad. Der urige Garten kann mitbenutzt werden.

Mooi appartement in een prachtige omgeving

Het appartement was schoon en had alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Goeie inrichting en fijn dat je de ruimte hebt omdat wij helaas niet zulk mooi weer hadden. Heel aardige host, David wachtte ons al op bij aankomst en gaf ons per app al aan dat het appartement gereed was. Parkeren naast de deur is ook heel fijn! En wat een mooie ruime badkamer met meer dan voldoende handdoeken. Diverse kastelen te bezoeken op korte afstand van het appartement.

Jammer dat de tv alleen Netflix en andere van dit soort zenders had, helaas kon je geen gewone tv ontvangen. Volgens de host waren de gasten hierin niet geïnteresseerd. Voor de eerder genoemde gebreken zijn prima oplossingen gevonden (een extra kookplaat is neergezet).

Schön und hundefreundlich, jedoch kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Küchenzeile ist neu. Couch und Bett sind bequem. Esstisch ist groß genug und bietet viel Platz. Der Fernseher besaß einen Gastzugang für Netflix, somit kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Zeit gut verbringen. Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Der Bäcker ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der nahegelegene Urisee ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung als auch Umgebung ist hundefreundlich.

Leider keinen Föhn. Keine flachen Teller. Kein Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer. Bratpfanne könnte erneuert werden. Der Couchtisch hat keine wirkliche Funktion außer zu Dekorationszwecken. Ein Beistelltisch wäre sinnvoller. Insektengitter zumindest im Schlafzimmer wären empfehlenswert, damit man auch nachts das Fenster auf Kipp stellen kann. Die Rollos auf der Innenseite der Fenster könnten im Wohnzimmer ruhig etwas breiter sein.

Agréable propre calme et dynamique

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux pour 2, fonctionnel et confortable. David le propriétaire nous a très bien reçu et s'il vous manque quelque chose, n'hésitez pas à le contacter. Il fera son possible pour vous aider. Parking gratuit devant la porte de l'appartement. Il y a aussi un jardin que David n'a pas tout à terminer mais il y a tout de même une table et des chaise. La situation géographique est vraiment top. Tout proche (à quelques pas) il y a un café boulangerie, un tabac presse, une pizzeria et même une centre thermal à 200 m. Au centre de Reutte, on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, pharmacie, grande surface, vêtements... Il y a même une super clinique à 3,7 km propre et personnel agréable et très professionnel. Je peux en parler car je me suis cassé le coude. Pour les français, n'oubliez pas votre carte de sécurité sociale européenne ainsi vous ne payerez rien. La région de Reutte est magnifique et il y a vraiment beaucoup de chose à faire ! Calme et dynamique à la fois

Het verblijf was redelijk maar er zijn punten die verbeterd moet worden!

Ruime badkamer met uitstekende douche

De kookplaat deed het maar gedeeltelijk. Op de bedbank was het slecht slapen aangezien je niet een vlak deel kon creëren waarop je kon slapen. Tenslotte het koffiezetapparaat liep niet goed door en de koelkast was voor een deel stuk.

Malerische Aussichten.

Die Lage war toll und es gab reichlich Schnee, wunderschön. Unser Aufenthalt war trotz aufgeführten Mängel sehr schön. Die Gegend belohnte mit einer schönen Bergsicht. Auch der Plansee ist nicht weit weg. Rundum guter Erholungswert. Jetzt im Winter wäre es gut, wenn es für die nassen Schuhe eine passende Abstellmöglichkeit gäbe. Wäre wohl auch im Sommer für Wanderschuhe von Vorteil.

Der Vermieter hat uns gleich am Anfang von den Mängeln in der Wohnung erzählt. Auch die 2. Heizung im Wohnbereich ließ sich nicht ausstellen. 2 Töpfe sind eigentlich nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da sie total verkratzt sind. Da sollte man bei einer beschädigten Beschichtung schon mal was neues anschaffen. Am letzten Tag habe ich fast kalt geduscht, weil das warme Wasser nicht richtig funktionierte. Es ist also einiges an Mängeln vorhanden, an denen man arbeiten könnte.

Großes Apartment, mit großem TV, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es waren viele Hand- und Duschtücher im Bab bereit gelegt. Unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen. Stellplatz für den PKW direkt vor dem Haus. David, der Vermieter, war auch super nett und hilfsbereit!

Betten waren etwas hard.
