Location close to the ski lifts and very clean. Would recommend.

The owner was very nice and helped us with luggage storage as we arrived early and our apartments' were not ready until the afternoon. Location is excellent for access to the ski lift and both apartments' were spotlessly clean. They are a little dated and could do with a few more pillows , but overall happy with what we got

Our vacation at this charming cabin in the Alps was an experience that exceeded all our expectations, thanks in large part to our incredibly friendly hosts and the cabin's stunning location. Situated just a few meters from the lift, it provided the perfect blend of convenience and natural beauty, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by our hosts. Their hospitality was second to none, and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided us with valuable tips on how to make the most of our alpine adventure. The cabin itself was a picturesque retreat, embodying the essence of rustic charm. It was thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and authentic mountain experience. Every room offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys, creating a serene backdrop for our stay.

Some rooms do have old Dutch toilets.

A truly dog-loving accommodation

A truly dog-friendly accommodation with a great host. The place is very easy to find and is in a good location with a beautiful view. All basics were available and everything worked fine. The furniture and decoration has a nice old-fashioned charm. Good value for money. Would return without hesitation!

The mattress was too soft for us. The apartment should have been more thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bären Appartements. It is modest, but clean and had everything we needed (kitchen equipment, drying rack, sitting area, comfortable bed...) Great quality and price combination. Super location for car travellers, nice and helpful host. I will definitely stay here my next time in Austria.

Good option for whole week in mountains

For the price you pay you will get nice appartment, not new, but everything in good condition with new and comfortable bed! One room is bedroom, second room is kitchen (microwave available) with dining table for three and sepatare sitting area with sofa and TV. Balcony available.

Just a little improvements will help. There is no freezer part in fridge, please mind it when buying food. There is no holder for soap in shower and sink place is small and is in bedroom (as bathroom is small as well) and beside sink is no space for toiletries or soap. Cooking area in kitchen should be extended...

Das Appartement war für die kurze Zeit ok

Der Ausblick zur Zugspitze bei gutem Wetter. Wir waren im Sommer dort, vielleicht ist es im Winter anders.

Alte Einrichtung und morgens ziemlich laut, da direkt an der Hauptstraße. Der Betreiber gibt sich Mühe freundlich zu sein, aber ist halt auch Geschäftsmann.

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf!

Fast alles bedarf einer grundlegenden Renovierung. Improvisieren muss man in diesen Räumen können. Die oberen 2 Objekte sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß . So hat man vielleicht vor 30 Jahren noch vermieten können, aber heute ist das noch nicht mal niedriger Standard. Kühlschrank lief Kondenswasser raus und Flaschenhalter defekt. Heizung laut und nicht entlüftet und kaum Leistung Bad zu eng. Waschbecken direkt am Eingang und zu niedrig. Spiegel auch. Überall fehlen Haken, Kleiderschranktür schließt nicht. Und für mich am schlimmsten, nur helle Gardinen und keinerlei Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im linken Appartement. Kochtöpfe abgenutzt. Das waren nur einige Mängel

Mooie omgeving, betaalbare appartementen

Prima badkamer en keuken en bedden. We hadden per ongeluk een ander appartement ons toegeëigend. Boven appartement is kleiner. Maar de eigenaar heeft het heel netjes met ons opgelost!!

Gezellig knus appartement vlakbij de piste, winkel en restaurantjes.

De badkamer was wel heel erg klein en verouderd. Douche gordijn is ook niet echt hygiënisch. De douche straal daarentegen was wel goed en lekker hard.

Appartment "der kleine Bär"

Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das Bett war bequem.

Die Ausstattung an sich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das wenige was da war, war leider nicht sauber. Das Bad war für uns eine Katastrophe. Überall Schimmel und der Duschvorhang ist ein No Go - im allgemeinen auch nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem hängen überall Spinnenweben. An der Sauberkeit sollte dringend gearbeitet werden. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt und sind einen Tag früher abgereist.

Gute Unterkunft für den Kurzurlaub von Mensch und Tier in dem Bergen

Die Lage des Appartements ist 1a, in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Auch mein Hund war willkommen und das sogar ohne Aufpreis. Das Bett war bequem. Weder bretthart noch zu weich. Auf Wunsch wurde für eine defekte Birne sofort Ersatz gebracht. Auch das fehlende Geschirrtuch. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein kleiner Laden mit regionalen Lebensmittel.

Das Bad war ein wenig klein, Waschbecken mit Spiegel im Schlafzimmer, nicht im Bad. Utensilien zum Abwaschen waren nur sehr begrenzt da. Fast kein Spülmittel und nur ein bereits älterer Schwamm.
