Beautiful location, beautiful apt, three nights not long enough!
Tucked silently on a street with no traffic, surrounded by Alpine views, with meadows on the doorstep and a garden to laze in the sun, staring at the Karwendel peaks, this immaculately appointed ground floor apt is a wonderful stop, ideal for a cycling base or walking. Everything was perfect, including the host!

great, large apartment exceeded our expectations for a last minute holiday to the seefeld area! very kind host! well equipped kitchen, dishwasher. short walk to Scharnitz train stop, quick trip to seefeld included in tourist card. great hiking in Scharnitz! great value, highly recommend!

Die Lage des Hauses ist super und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung mit 60qm ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Da keine Rolläden am Haus vorhanden, lagen sogar Schlafmasken bereit. Die Gastgeberin Frau Glas war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert; wir waren für 17:00h angemeldet und konnten dann doch kurzfristig bereits 16:00h einchecken, da Frau Glas im Nachbarhaus wohnt und gut erreichbar ist. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp verlief sehr gut.
Leider konnten wir uns trotz Passwort nicht ins Wlan einloggen. Was nicht so schlimm war, da wir noch genügend Mobile Daten zur Verfügung hatten.
