Big apartment but should take care of our above remarks.
Big Apartment, full equipped kitchen, we asked the property manager for a microwave oven and we got it after 1 day. There was a problem with window shade that solved by the manager property after 1 day.
The apartment has not light enough , some hours was totally dark. One bad room had a problem to start the light on, it did not solved until we left. This bad room entrance is through the toilets and the bathroom, this is very strange apartment planning. One bad room is facing north to the mountains and to the meadow the window of this room is so dirty for long time, no one can enjoy the view at all . One of the bad rooms has not closet to hang cloth.

Nordic lifestyle and plentiful snow
Leutasch is surrounded with cross country circuits and short (10-minute drive) to the popular Seefeld. The snowfall here is usually excellent. The apartment is equipped with all the required amenities for a self-catered stay and there are plenty of activities offered over peak holidays periods such as guided hikes, factory tours, farm visits, etc.
The heat in the apartment (winter stay) was a little to hot for our liking with no clear way of turning it down, besides cranking open some windows. Highly subjective though.
