Very nice apartment and exceptionally friendly host

Very friendly host, very nice location. The apartment and the kitchen were well equipped, everything that we needed was there. The carport and the ski room are also a plus. And the free bus (every 30 min) is just a short walk away, so we did not need a car during our stay.

The heating was not adjustable, so it was often way too warm, especially in the bathroom.

Peaceful, Comfy, clean and lovely mountains around

The location is really nice and amidst mountains in a quiet part. Car would be a preferred way to reach. very comfy beds and clean facilities. The kitchen has all the basic stuff you need. There is a nice little library too :) In major traffic situation, plan at least an additional hour to reach Zugspitze Parkplatz and Seilbahn. This place is ideally located if you like to visit GP and Innsbruck

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Mike und Ronny. Waren bereits das zweite Mal zu Gast im Landhaus Ganghofer. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In völlig unkompliziert. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Дивовижний будинок в райському місці

Навіть не сподівалися на такі чудові апартаменти. Дуже мальовниче місце між горами. Просторі кімнати, якісні меблі, ідеальна чистота, хороший Wi-Fi, дуже зручні ліжка. Після довгої дороги з Нідерландів до будинка всі сумермаркети були вже закриті для нас була справжня радість знайти холодні напої в холодильнику. Є накриття для автомобілів біля будинку. 16 хв їзди до гірськолижних спусків Gschwandtkopf.

Єдина річ це те що я не зміг дивитись YouTube на TV. Писало: "збій з'днання". Але це не суттєво) Взагалі все було прекрасно.

Очень атмосферное расположение.

Очень уютный гостевой домик. Доступное руководство к заселению: мы приехали поздно ночью, шел дождь, но все равно без страда и посторонней помощи заселились.

Были какие-то мелкие нюансы, но если честно не помню какие: что-то насчет чистоты(по-моему посуда была плохо вымытой и не хватало крышек для кастрюль) Точно могу сказать, что на качество нашей жизни они особо никак не повлияли.

Så fint och bra. All kommunikation funkade toppen. Enkel incheckning. Välstädat. Fin trädgård och idealiskt läge.

Egentligen inget. Det enda vi saknade lite var en ugn men det klarar man sig bra utan.

Tolle Wohnung, exzellentes Haus, ideal für Wanderungen mit der Familie

Das Landhaus Ganghofer ist echt klasse. Die beiden Vermieter sind super nett und die Anreise verlief entspannt. Die Wohnung war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt bezugsfertig. Für die heißeren Sommertage war die Wohnung im Souterrain perfekt, mit direktem Zugang zum großen Garten mit schattigen und sonnigen Plätzen. Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen mit Hund. Es waren erstaunlich viele zur gleichen Zeit mit Hund im Haus untergebracht. Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bilder modern und funktional. Die Küche hat alles, was man täglich braucht (außer siehe negatives). Lediglich die Gläser sind eher auf Alkoholfreunde ausgelegt (es sind nur 6 Wassergläser vorhanden, der Rest sind Wein- und Schnapsgläser). So kam die kleine, sehr effektive Spülmaschine täglich zum Einsatz. Das Beste ist aus unserer Sicht die Lage. Es ist das vorletzte Haus zum Gaistal. Vom Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto bis ans Ende des Tals fahren und von dort zu verschiedenen Almen wandern. Oder man wandert vom Haus an der Straße ein paar Meter entlang und kommt direkt zu Wanderwegen entlang der Ache, zum Kalvarienberg oder auf die Rauthhütte (ist aber sehr, sehr steil am Ende). Kurz: Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns aufgefallen sind: - Die Matratzen waren bequem, aber schon leicht eingelegen. - Recht große Kopfkissen. Wer kleinere mag, sollte seines lieber mitbringen. - In der Küche fehlt lediglich ein Ofen. So durften wir morgens immer frische Brötchen beim Supermarkt holen (ist nicht weit, aber aufbacken wäre entspannter gewesen) - Auf den Bildern ist eine einzelne Dusche zu sehen. Die ist anscheinend in einer anderen Wohnung. In der Wohnung unten ist eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Die ist leider wenig optimal konstruiert, da zwischen Wannenende und Wand ein Versatz ist. So muss man leicht nach hinten gebeugt unter der Dusche stehen, wenn man die Schultern duschen möchte. Da hat der Sanitärplaner leider nur optisch und wenig praktisch gedacht.

Wie immer alles bestens ( selbst das Wetter 😎)

Wohnung (Nummer 3) wie immer Supersauber, Vermieter Nett und aufmerksam. Bei Problemen ( wenns denn welche gegeben hätte 😎) immer ansprechbar und um schnelle und gute Lösungen bemüht.

Eigentlich alles gut, ein Backofen wär noch super.
