Cozy place with a very nice view

Apartment is easy to reach, parking just in front, amazing view and very clean & cozy atmosphere

Bed is a bit narrow, could be wider. Some bed side tables and table lamps would be a nice addition.

High potential, minimal effort.

To be honest for the price it could be clean at least. First impression was not good, we came at the Adress and ringed the bell like 3-4 times nobody answered, nobody opens the door etc. OK then we call the number and she came out immediatelly. The room we booked we didn't get we got another one that is also let's say OK. Everything is renovated but that's like a "makeup" for what is coming after... Room really dirty floor like we think it was not cleaned in months. No heating in the room, radiators cold in the middle of the winter. No basic things in the Apartment like for example a PEN to fill up the check-in papers. Some like slippers basic ones for the guests to walk in the room. No shampoo or some basic shower gel, soap etc. The water when you shower is coming out of the shower and the bathroom becomes a lake. Sorry but the pillows on the bed were horrible, they are so big that when you lay on them you are like in a sitting sleep position so uncomfortable pillows but the bed was amazing. Noise from the lower floors and outside in the corridor. Bathroom handle falling out. I think it's enough from Our experience here. Thanks for reading.

Amazing view. Very nice woman who received us. The beds are comfortable but small. Trash was cleaned while you were there.

The husband of the owner likes to smoke haze weed during the evening. Children screamed the whole day. 1st day it's ok. After 2 days it gets annoying. The shared kitchen is dirty and there is nothing to clean anything; there was no soap.

The location isnt optimal if you dont have a car. You need to time your outings around the bus schedule which is hourly

Nice view of the mountains, comfy beds, spacious rooms, 1 room had bunk beds for the kids. Parking available. Well equipped kitchen. Also coffee machine and dishwasher are available

bathroom doesn't have lock. and the ventilation for bathroom could be better. They did provide candles though.

Perfect stay

The apartment is really spacious and clean! The view from the window is fantastic! We enjoy our stay here! All necessary things for comfortable living are included. We are with a baby and for this reason there is a feeding chair, a baby bed and toys. The hostess is very friendly and nice. Highly recommend!!!

Well located apartment opposite Mosern Nursery slopes and within easy reach of the Seefeld circuit.

Lovely warm cosy apartment. Brilliantly located for the Mosern nursery slope (when/if there's snow!!). Just by the bus stop to Seefeld/ski circuits. Hourly buses very prompt. Free bus pass given. Lovely hosts.

Kitchen/cooking facilities a little sparse & cooker temperamental. A reading lamp in the lounge would have made the room cosier.

Kleines, süßes Hotel perfekt für die Durchreise oder einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer was schön & sauber, wir hatten einen Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bergwelt! Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber war super. Wir durften auch später auschecken, weil das Zimmer am Abreisetag nicht mehr benötigt wurde.

Das Personal war sehr Freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Moderne Einrichtung und man fühlte sich sofort Wohl. Das Bad Sauber, Zimmer Gepflegt mit einem guten Ausblick..

Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

Wir haben für die Durchreise eine Unterkunft gesucht und sind hier fündig geworden. Preis-/Leistung hat gepasst. Es war sauber, für uns ausreichend. Sehr netter Empfang. Vermieter hat uns gleich einen Kaffe angeboten. Sehr nett. Auch die Verabschiedung war sehr herzlich. Ok, ein 1,40m breites Bett zu zweit ist schon sportlich aber das weiß man vorher durch die Beschreibung. Also nicht negativ ausgelegt. Und bei dem Preis kann man sowieso nicht groß meckern. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Restaurant gleich nebenan. Wir waren zufrieden.

Hier und da hat man nen paar Kleinigkeiten die man vielleicht beseitigen/reparieren könnte. (Türgriff ging ab im Bad, Vorhangleiste locker). Aber für unseren Zweck war es dennoch ok.

Due Betreiberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Das deluxe Studio welches wir gebucht hatten war nicht annähernd das was beschrieben wurde Keine Ablagefläche nicht mal ein Nachttisch, kein Mistkübel, Sessel etc....Das Doppelbett war so klein daß es für 2 Personen gerade eben ausreichend Platz bot um nicht rauszuholen....beim Duschen lief das Wasser aus dem Bad ins Zimmer Frühstück bzw Tische für alle Gäste unmittelbar vor der Zimmer Türe.....unglaublich laut .....
