Wonderful refreshing stay in beautiful Seefeld

Homey residence with a private entrance, quiet beautiful courtyard access. Nice to have a full kitchen and living space separated from bedroom for our longer stay. Staff were easy to find and talk to. Easy walk to train station, busses, and restaurant. Close by to Seefeld See, Seefeld Spitz via feratta, and a fun mini golf and pit pat courses.

Great location, but the apartment felt cramped and lacked privacy.

The location was great. There was a grocery store just around the corner, which made picking up essentials super convenient. The center of town was just a short walk away, so exploring local shops, cafes, and restaurants was effortless and enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was the beautiful walk around the lake nearby.

The balcony was very tight, sloped downward, and positioned so close to neighboring apartments that I could hear their conversations clearly—it felt like they were right in my space. The apartment was a bit small. It was quite dark inside the apartment, with limited natural light.

It was a magical and wonderful stay in a beautiful mountain retreat.

The location is perfect. It is not crowded into a group of other buildings. There is a lovely yard with swings and a playhouse and lots of green space nestled around the complex. Next to it is a big green pasture. Behind it, you can see the golf course and the Rosshutte mountain train up to the tallest peak. It is serene and spectacular. There is a quiet train that passes behind the Rabitchoff. It doesn't make noise at all. It is a short walk (5 minutes) to a small grocery store and a gas station, if needed. You can walk to the heart of the town in a 10 minute stroll and enjoy all the restaurants and shoppes available. We did a blend of cooking at home and going out each day to enjoy the Austrian cuisine, plus all the varieties of foods available. We walked around the lake for exercise and rented paddle boats for the kids. It is all within walking distance from the Rabitsch Hof.

The kitchen space was a little smaller than expected, but perfectly adequate.

Excellent location very near lake. Lovely for early morning walks. Very home-like cosy home feeling. Exceptionally clean. Modern immaculate bathrooms - as if we were the first after renovation! Superb location - 5 min walk to the town centre, 10 min walk to the well-maintained cross-country skiing tracks. Most importantly - a very friendly host and staff left us with a really warm feeling towards this place, which is going to be our first choice for the next year visit to Seefeld.

Great potential, very large space, but feels like not designed and maintained up to par

Very good location Very spacious kitchen very well equiped bathroom in pretty good shape very big verandas (one big, one just wide) - great to sit there and enjoy the air and view

Apartment looks really really "old" unpretty and a bit under maintained. the apartment is supposedly in one level, but with many smal steps that almost broke our toes, time and time again badly lit, bith windows wise, and elctric light wise internet connection is at times quick, but all the time very unstable, and at times fully disappear. UNACCEPTABLE if wifi is a must. verandas are big and wide, but the turf in the big one is unpleasent.

Our apartment was wonderful, with plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen had all the tools and gadgets necessary. The location was central. We were in Seefeld for cross country ski races and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the ski arena.

Wir haben im Apartment 11 für 3 Tage übernachtet. Die Wohnung war perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Ruhige Lage. Nicht direkt an der Straße. Auch der vorbeifahrende Personenzug ist unglaublich leise. Sehr gute Betten. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Geschirrspüler 😊 und eine gut ausgestattete, zweckmäßige Küche. Ausreichend Parkplätze, so dass man bequem aus- und einladen konnte. Gemütliche Zimmer. Unkomplizierter Check-in/out. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Kommen wir wieder nach Seefeld, dann übernachten wir in jedem Fall wieder im Rabitschhof.
