Die Lage war OK und ruhig, die Wohnung geräumig und soweit praktisch eingerichtet, die Basics in der Küche waren vorhanden. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, Fahrradabstellraum auch und ein Supermarkt in Laufnähe.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher basic und die Zimmer sind nicht so hell, die Küche sehr klein bzw. die Schubladen durch eine Türfehlkonstruktion nur halb zu öffnen. Dennoch völlig OK.

Sehr sauber
Stöpsel in den Waschbecken fehlten, teilweise Birnen der Badezimmerlampe defekt. Ein Wäscheständer wäre schön gewesen.

The location was great. There was a grocery store just around the corner, which made picking up essentials super convenient. The center of town was just a short walk away, so exploring local shops, cafes, and restaurants was effortless and enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was the beautiful walk around the lake nearby.
The balcony was very tight, sloped downward, and positioned so close to neighboring apartments that I could hear their conversations clearly—it felt like they were right in my space. The apartment was a bit small. It was quite dark inside the apartment, with limited natural light.
