Everything is just perfect

Hanna is the best host a traveler could ever ask for. She’s very kind and helpful, offers great suggestions, and makes your stay feel like home. The location is great super close to town and train station. The property is spotless.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable, spacious room. Balcony had a great peaceful view of the mountains. Lovely breakfast served at an extra cost if you want it but I had my own little kitchenette. Very close to town, train station and cable car. Hanna, a very friendly and helpful host. The stars on the ceiling are a great addition.

The pillow was a bit uncomfortable but I probably could have said. Bigger towels. Would be nice. The kitchenette could do with a little oven or microwave.

the apartment is very nice and welcoming! the best part was the breakfast, selection of good and local products. the apartment was very close to the ski resort. 2 minutes by car (or ski bus) and the parking is free in front of the ski resort.

absolutely beautiful property with a super comfortable apartment. comfortable bed, beautiful views, large balcony and amazing bathtub! we were so relaxed and happy to be here. we will definitely choose this place again, the owner was so kind and welcoming. we will be back! thank you! we also loved the stars on the ceiling at nighttime, it was very romantic.

The coziest place to stay for your mountain get-away!

The location was perfect! I took a train into Seefeld so I did not have a car to navigate. The location was about a 5 min walk from the train station and the main part of town. The hostess was so kind, she helped suggest things to do in town and consistently offered to help if anything could make my stay more comfortable. The rooms were adorable as each one has its own theme. I stayed in the butterfly room which had hand painted murals of butterflies and flowers on the walls. When you turn out the lights, a glowing hand painted milky way galaxy appears on the ceiling which was incredible to fall asleep to. There was even an outdoor space and playground outside for children. I could not even imagine having a better stay!

Excellent, cosy and convenient

Beautiful Guest house. We had the small double, it was fine for the 2 of us and has plenty of room. The room decoration was lovely and had a night sky ceiling which sparkles with stars. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the centre, with parking and an easy walk to bars and restaurants. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Nicely stylised alpenhaus typically furnished and well decorated like an English country b&b. Cosy beds, fully equipped kitchen. Nice and helping housekeeper. In our attics room flourescent map of star sky!!! ✨ Rich breakfast with home made jams and syrups. Well kept garden with children's playground. A dream.

A perfect place to stay in seefeld! The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. Hannah the host was very nice and warm, and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast is great, and the location is also good, close to the center of seefeld. If we ever get back to tirol we will definetly stay here again :)

Excellent breakfast even including home-made things from the garden. Gave good tips on nearby hiking opportunities and an absolutely beautiful home. Starlight ceiling was a nice touch.

Liebevoll, gepflegt und absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein ganz persönlich eingerichtetes Haus mit einem wundervollen Garten, Hanna als sehr sympathische, aber unaufdringliche Gastwirtin und ein sehr gemütliches und sehr sauberes Appartment. Auch wer wie ich mit dem Zug anreist, hat hier eine Toplage: 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und zu den Bussen sowie zur Innenstadt. Ich hatte das kleine Apartment Paradies und war begeistert, mit wie viel Gemütlichkeit alles Wesentliche arrangiert war. Die Miniküche ist absolut kochtauglich, es gibt hervorragende Töpfe und Pfannen (wer selbst kocht, sollte Grundnahrungsmittel mitbringen, Salz und Pfeffer waren vorhanden). Das Bett hat zwei sehr hochwertige Einzelmatratzen und war äußerst bequem. Wer eine persönliche Atmosphäre sucht und dennoch das Gefühl haben möchte für sich zu sein, ist hier genau richtig! Danke Hanna, dass Du es Deinen Gästen so schön machst!

Meine Frau und ich waren voll zufrieden. Wir hatten bewusst das kleine Zimmer gewählt, da wir nur zum schlafen da waren da wir uns auf einer Familienfeier befanden. Rein zum schlafen genügt dieses Zimmer vollkommen. Besonders loben möchten wir die Qualität der Betten, so gut habe ich noch nie in einer Unterkunft geschlafen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer so wie das Ganze Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und Hannah ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin. Einfach nut zu empfehlen

Liebe Hanna, wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wunderbare Zeit in deinem Apartment Hannas Alpengruß bedanken! Das Zimmer war nicht nur tiptop sauber und sehr gepflegt, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – von der Farbgestaltung bis hin zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre merkt man, dass dir das Wohl deiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – frisch, vielfältig und mit liebevollen Extras, die den Tag gleich noch schöner beginnen lassen. Seefeld selbst ist ein absoluter Traum für Naturliebhaber – und auch kulinarisch hat die Umgebung einiges zu bieten. Eigenlijk alles, een 2 persoons bed gezet tegen de muur aan 3 kanten wat impliceert over elkaar heen kruipen , douche defect , wordt verhuurd als appartement maar is gewoon een extreem kleine kamer dit om niet schoon te hoeven maken
