Good location but poor service and badly equipped facilities

Good location in Seefeld

Badly equipped facilities. Very bad to offer a kitchen and cooking facilities like stove, fridge, etc and not offer the basics like tea and coffee or even sugar. We had to buy everything. Shampoo or Soap for the shower wasn’t provided either!! I find this unacceptable. Very out of touch with the traveller’s necessities. Even cheap budget hotels give you tea and coffee, enough toilet roll and shampoo. This is inexcusable to not provide this and specially because of the price range of this apartment.

Apartment with Austrian charm and perfect host

Austrian style apartment was gorgeous. there were unique things to discover every day. The apartment was spotless, close to bakery, supermarket, train station and restaurants. Our host Natalie was easy to contact and responded quickly to any question we had. Would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Seefeld.

House was clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen had everything you need in holiday. Balcony was plus and the view to mountains was nice. Place was well situated close to the center. Possibility to stay with a dog was also higly appreciated. The host was very wellcoming and answered all our questions fast.

Maybe a possibility to use laundry machine on the site would be nice in longer holidays.

Villa St. Oswald is a beautiful property on the edge of Seefeld village centre and a five minute walk from the station.Our apartment was quiet,spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay and included many period features and furniture. The property owner Natalie kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay and provided us with information on walks, restaurants and travelling about the region. We really enjoyed our stay.

Frau Schönegger let the keys at lock box and sent me the code to open it via email and whats app. The place was totally clean and really comfortable, pretty cozy place. :) The place is near city center (5 min walk) with a lot of restaurants, stores and also close enough to some touristic places if you dont mind having a 20-30 min walking (and having pretty nice sightseeing of course). Frau Schönegger was a really helpful host and answered all of our questions when we message her via whats app. :) I must say I definitely recommend the place and of course I would totally come back. Amazing and relaxing weekend.

Great stay

The place is literally 3 min walking distance from the center and it's quiet. The rooms were very clean and you also have everything you need to make your food in case you have children. Also, the host was quite friendly and helpful, you don't need to wait long for an answer in case you have questions. I totally recommend the Villa, we will be back next year 😊

Internet coverage is not even a across the apartment although you can switch between 2 free Wi-Fi networks, that shouldn't be much of an issue however as it's fairly stable.

The position to the town is very good. Views of the surrounding mountains. Beautiful house and apartment. Very clean with friendly owner.

Unfortunately the neighbours had deliveries daily between 4am and 5am which woke us every time.

Very happy with our stay, hope to come next year!

Superb location - 5 min to large EuroSpar, 5 min to the railway station, 10 min to cross-country skiing (which is what we arrived for). Large and comfortable sitting room. The host promptly responded to our questions and requests. We will definitely consider staying there next year!

Top locatie en erg charmant appartement. Ligt vlak bij het trein en busstation en de skibusssn vertrekken bij het huis. Bakker naast de deur en centrum op loopafstand evenals 2 grote supermarkten. Vriendelijke schoonmaakster en de verhuurster is goed bereikbaar en reageert direct. Goed bed en prima keukeninventaris.
