Great place to stay for a family close to downtown Seefeld

A very nice and relatively spacious apartment close to downtown Seefeld. Definitely a bit older, but well kept and good for a small family. Would stay here again!

The apartment is a bit older and not recently updated or renovated, which is absolutely fine as long as you know what to expect (everything worked great). If you are expecting a personal greeting or touch, this is also lacking.

Große dreckige in die Jahre gekomme Wohnung

Die Wohnung war groß und die Lage war gut. Sonst gibt es leider nichts positives über die Wohnung schreiben.

Die Wohnung war dreckig, es lag sogar noch Müll vom Vorgänger auf der Erde und im Bett. Ich konnte sie nicht mal putzen, weil es keinen Staubsauger in der Wohnung gab. Einen Lappen, Spülmittel und Handtücher gab es später auf Nachfrage. Im Parkettboden waren Löcher und die Leisten waren locker. Eine Matratze war kaputt und vom Ofen ließ sich die Klappe nicht mehr schließen. Unsere Toilette war separat, klein und kalt ohne Waschbecken. An das offene Fenster im Bad ist man leider nicht ran gekommen um es zu schließen. Im Winter nicht gerade gut, auf einer eiskalten Toilette zu sitzen. Der Toilettensitz war auch gebrochen und mit einem Pflaster geklebt. Was wir am ersten Tag angesagt und gezeigt hatten und uns wurde ein neuer Toilettensitz versprochen. Leider passierte gar nichts. Im Schlafzimmer ging auch die Deckenbeleuchtung nicht. Es gab auch keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, nur eine alte Kapsel Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung.
