Perfect in every way!

The apartment was spacious, super clean, well equipped with everything for cooking. There was a washing machine and dryer in the basement to use. There was plenty of wardrobe space for all our clothes, a little area to hang out jackets and ski clothes too. The location couldn’t be any better, at the bottom of Gschwandtkopf chair, ski hire and school next door. Swimming pool a 2 minute walk and Main Street 8 mins walk away. Iris was very helpful with everything we needed and a wonderful host. We will be back to stay here again!

Warm, comfortable and cosy apartment

The apartment is in a good location- next door to the ski lift, as well as the ski bus and local bus for connecting to other villages. We received a warm and friendly welcome and were able to check in early which we appreciated. The apartment has beautiful views to the mountains and cross country runs. Great sound proofing meant we enjoyed excellent sleep and the bed was very comfortable. Also appreciated fresh towels every other day.

A coffee table or side tables for drinks and snacks would be helpful. Also the TV would be easier to watch if it were mounted on a tilting wall bracket as the position of the sofa and TV mean that you have to move one or the other in order to be comfortable.

The reception and staff were excellent. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with all necessities. The bedrooms and living room were spacious. The interaction with the reception staff was very courteous. The view from the bedrooms and living room was beautiful, overlooking the mountains and nature

Wonderful and comfortable stay for my family holiday in Seefeld .

Wonderful and comfortable apartment , excellent location within few minutes walk from Seefeld center , at the same time in quite comfortable location . Balcony has beautiful view . Easy checkin, all information was available in advance on the checkin . Excellent service by the reception . Highly recommended , actual place and surrounding is much better than the pictures .

Everything. Fabulous view from our balcony of mountains and chair lift, cattle in the distance with cowbells. Large spacious modern apartment with everything. Peaceful, the chairlift is silent. Very nice restaurant (food exceptional) with good service and reasonable prices at top of chairlift. Chairlift was free with accommodation :-) We stayed an extra night 👍

We were looking for a place to stay in Tirol and discovered Seefeld. While searching for something budget-friendly yet comfortable, we came across this wonderful aparthouse Appartementhaus Am Gschwandtkopf and it turned out to be exactly what we hoped for. Our preference was to find a place that felt homely, and this property delivered just that. It’s located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Seefeld, very easy to reach on foot. The apartment is right in front of the slope and the cable car, which was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and far beyond what we expected at this price point. If you’re planning a trip to Seefeld and looking for a warm, budget-friendly place to stay — look no further!

Lovely property with excellent service!

Amazing experience-hassle free check in, full equipped kitchen, and excellent location close for those who are looking to escape for hiking, bike tour or just relax. The hosts were very friendly and helpful- the late check out was approved at no additional cost. We're looking already to return here for our winter vacation and would definitely recommend this property.

- The location was great. - The recipient was nice and friendly. - The appartement was clean and has kitchen.

- No wifi coverage inside the rooms and poor network (speed and signals) in the settings area. - Very old elevator. - washing machine didn't work and we couldn't clean our clothes. The recipient tried to help but she couldn't fix the issue. - The ventilation in the WC was not working. - We booked for 3 nights, but - by mistake - we stayed 4 nights and the receptionist missed to notify us that our stay was over. Yet, while checking out they didn't miss to charge us that extra night. 😁

I like the location and comfort . Easy to check in. Thay send you email with the code of the box in witch thay put the keys. Its not a problem if you arrive late. You pick the key card with the room nr. And thats oll. Fantastic if you have been driving 800 km ore more than 12 hours driving with heavy trafic.

For me this is the best place to stay in seefeld if you choose apartmant stays. I have stayd in 2 ather aprtmants in the village but i returned here and i will never change this place.

Great apartment in a lovely town

Direct access to the cableway next to the apartment, right next to the bike rental place perfect for a day out mountain biking. Room was very clean, I just missed a sofa in my room. It has all for cleaning dishes and drying.

Not right in the center of Seefeld but still pretty close like 5min walking. Not ideal not to have any separation between kitchen and bed for the kitchen smells sometimes. The rest was perfect.

Good value budget self catering.

Plain, simple, clean tidy room with a balcony. We were at the back so there are better rooms, but it was fine. Location a couple minutes walk from the middle of Seefeld. This accomodation was good for the price. The cleaning charge makes longer stays more economic, we stopped 5 days. I would recoomend this place with hikers, walkers etc. who want value self catering. Excellent car parking which is a bonus.

Lovely fresh baked rolls delivered to the door every morning . Hosts very friendly and helpful. Good facilities . Lovely location and south facing room.

Not a complaint as such but we stayed 13 nights and expected our bed sheets to be changed after 7, but it was after 9. They got changed eventually though so no problem and we had clean towels every 2 days 😊

Pensjonat jest położony przy samym stoku i wyciągu narciarskim. Goście mają do dyspozycji wydzielony parking. Istotnym ułatwieniem jest winda. Apartament okazał się obszerny, czysty i dobrze wyciszony. W pobliżu twarde korty tenisowe, siłownia i basen.

Zbyt wysoka temperatura w pokoju, właściwie bez możliwości jej skutecznej regulacji. Mała liczba kubków i talerzy. Bardzo małe pomieszczenie na narty, bez suszarek do butów.

Schöne Apartments in hervorragender Lage

Schöne geräumige Apartments mit großem Bad und separatem WC. Absolutes Plus: Die Lage direkt neben dem Skilift. Parkplätze direkt vor Ort. Seefeld selbst ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es neben einem Hallenbad auch im Freien eine Eislaufbahn. Der Ort selbst ist nett. Das Skigebiet selbst gehört sicher zu den kleineren Skigebieten. Entsprechend günstiger sind die Preise.

Standardausstattung in den Apartments. Für 6 Leute hätte es ruhig 2-3 Teller mehr und Besteck sein dürfen.

سكني الأول في سيفيلد زرت سيفيلد عدة مرات ، هذه المرة احسن سكن لي فيها ، اللي يقول بعيد غير صحيح ، 800 متر فقط عن البلدة ، التلفريك خلف المبنى خاص بهم فقط وهادي جدا ودخوله مجاني ويعطونك بطاقه دخول مجاني للنادي الاولمبي القريب منهم فيه مسبح كبير وسونا نادي متكامل . الشقق عندهم عدة أحجام وفخمه وفيها بلكونه اطلالة روعه ويتوفر كل شي للمطبخ ومكان لغسيل الملابس والامان عالي جدا . والبنت اللي عملت تسجيل الدخول محترمة و خدومة واعطتني رقم جوالها لرد على اي طلب مني وهنا اشكرها على خدمتها الخاصه لي شخصيا ، وسوف اسكن عندهم لو زرت البلده . فاخر من الآخر .

Increíble

La ubicación increíble, Innsbruck está a 30 minutos en coche. Estabamos justo enfrente de las pistas de esquí y el telesilla (que si estás alojado aquí es gratuito) os aconsejo subir porque arriba hay unas vistas espectaculares y además tiene un lago muy bonito justo al lado. Hablando de lagos, a pocos minutos caminando teníamos un lago precioso y más cerca aún un paseo precioso de pasarelas con el río y la preciosa iglesia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y se lo pasó increíble. La ubicación además es muy tranquila, ves a excursionistas por la zona pero todos son muy respetuosos. El parking lo tuvimos gratis si te alojas ahí, sinó es de pago. La chica de recepción muy simpática y atenta en todo momento. Cuando llegamos la recepción en aquel momento estaba cerrada, pero ya nos avisó y nos dejó las llaves con una nota en un buzón con código. En la nota nos explicaba que nos daba una habitación superior a la que teníamos reservada y que podíamos tener un check out latte si lo deseábamos, podíamos quedarnos el último día hasta la hora que quisiéramos, así que aprovechamos que el apartamento tenía cocina y comimos allí antes de irnos. Cuándo entramos aún no nos lo podíamos creer, el apartamento es moderno y con una terraza con vistas increíbles a la zona de las pistas de esquí. Para nuestra privacidad podíamos enviar un mensaje para saber cuándo podían pasar a recoger la basura y cambiarnos las toallas. La cama era súper cómoda, la cocina tenía todos los utensilios necesarios. El baño era muy grande. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto. Por si a alguien le sirve de ayuda en este mensaje, nosotros nos alojamos en la habitación A10 durante 5 días (4 noches) y la verdad es que calidad-precio en pleno agosto fue una maravilla.

Todo fue perfecto.

كل شي جميل بهذه الشقق . انصح كل العوائل السكن بهذه الشقق العائلة المالكة لهذه الشقق ودودين ويرحبون بالضيوف بافضل صورة ، ولديهم سرعة باستجابة كل متطلبات في حاله التوفر انا اسكن في هذه الشقق للمرة الثالثة وهي خياري الافضل في سيفيلد وسوف اكرر زيارة هذه الشقق في حاله الرجوع . مدينة جميلة وهادئة وقريبة من كل المدن الاخرى
