Haus Excelsior Top 2

Comfortable and spacious apartment in easy walking distance from the centre of Seefeld. Lovely balcony with mountain view to sit on for eating and in the evening. Large, comfortable bed. Kitchen had most things we needed, and nice to have a few basics on arrival (tea, salt, oil etc.). Convenient to have washing machines, for a small fee, in the basement (though instructions only in Dutch and Italian?). We really enjoyed our stay.

The check-in was slightly confusing (you need to log in to Booking.com to see the attached picture which explains the process, this is not visible in the email). Also, it needs to be made clearer before arrival that the tourist tax is payable in cash. (Not mentioned in any of the messages beforehand, in fact the booking confirmation said the property does NOT accept cash). Receptionist hours are slightly unpredictable. The toaster needs replacing for one without melting plastic. A clothes drying rack would be nice.

große Ferienwohnung in relativ ruhiger rund super zentraler Lage zum Ortskern und insbesondere zum Loipeneinstieg. Bushaltestelle sehr nahe erreichbar um zu den Abfahrtshängen zu gelangen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Küchenausstattung etwas spartanisch aber ausreichend.

Location. Spacious. Well equipped.

No light in 2nd bedroom. No English instructions for laundry washing machine & drier.
