Prachtige locatie maar mist wat liefde

Locatie is uitstekend. Groot, ruim appartement. Mooi uitzicht.

Appartement en meubels waren verouderd, scheuren in het plafond boven het bad. De douchekop hing te laag. Niet genoeg comfortabele zitplaatsen voor een appartement voor 6 volwassenen. Keukengerief (servies en dergelijke) lag erg verspreid over het appartement. Tussen de 2 bedden in de kleine slaapkamer zat een erg harde spleet omdat het 2 aparte bedden waren die tegen elkaar waren geschoven met een 2 persoons overtrek erover. Te weinig opbergruimte voor 6 volwassenen. Weinig ruimte om schoenen en jassen op te bergen thv de inkom.

לצערי לא אהבנו את הדירה. היינו משפחה עם 3 מתבגרים, המיטות היו נוחות מאוד והמגבות חדשות. אולם זו דירה בעליית גג, לאחר עליה במעלית יש עוד 15 מדרגות למסדרון חשוך ומחניק. הדירה מיושנת עם תקרה נמוכה . עם זאת מרפסת הנוף היתה נעימה מאוד.

הריהוט ישן כולל הוילון בסלון, יש תחושת מחנק בדירה, למרות ההשתדלות שתהיה נקיה, התאורה ישנה מאוד וכדאי להחליף את כולה , האמבטיה לא נוחה לשימוש, המקרר קטן, אין פינת איפור או מראות נוחות, המעבר למקלחת עובר דרך המטבחון, המעבר לחדר הורים נמוך מאוד, לצערי לא נהננו לשהות בדירה.

Von diesen Beanstandungen abgesehen hat uns die Wohnung sehr gefallen

Wir hatten für vier Erwachsene nur einen Schlüssel, war umständlich und ärgerlich. Zweitschlüssel war defekt und musste nachbestellt werden. Dass ein Schlüssel verloren geht oder abgebrochen wird, damit muss gerechnet werden, daher müssten immer zwei verfügbar sein. Das Licht am Küchenunterbau war defekt. Die Bratpfanne müsste dringend ersetzt werden, der Boden ist total verformt, wir kauften selber eine.
