Spacious, well-equipped apartment in central Seefeld

We had a very pleasant stay in Seefeld. The apartment was spacious with comfortable bedrooms, large washrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offered amazing views of the mountains, and the location was perfect—right in the middle of town yet very quiet. Parking was also available, which made things very convenient.

The hosts were wonderful and friendly. Although there was a small misunderstanding regarding the reservation, it was swiftly resolved. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily recommend

Great location, central but quiet. Hosts very friendly and helpful and lots of space.

The apartment was a little warm for us, so heating controls in the bedrooms would have been helpful.

The owner waited for us to arrive and stayed to greet us despite us being 1 hour late. The location of the apartment was much better than expected, with the ski-bus stops/station no more than 5 minutes walk and the Cross Country skiing a 10 minute walk through the town. All shops and many restaurants were within a 5 minute walk.

The apartment was for two or maximum three people, but only 5 sets of dishes/cutlery were provided. 6 of everything or preferably 8 would mean the dishwasher could be used less.

Top vakantie gehad!

Locatie is top, direct in het dorp en op goede afstand van de skibussen. Eigenaren heel vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je verblijf goed te laten verlopen.

We miste een oven in het verblijf, wij wisten dit wel van te voren.

Eine ganz tolle, moderne und sehr geräumige Wohnung.

Die Appartements sind super schön und sehr geräumig. Wir waren 2 Familien und die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Einfach toll. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Inhaber super nett, sehr freundlich und total unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top und das stylische Modegeschäft der Inhaberin im Haus im EG auch ganz toll. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Super locatie, in het centrum maar toch heel rustig. Fijn, prettig ingericht en groot appartement, met volledig ingerichte keuken. Fijn, groot balkon over gehele breedte vh appartement. Erg aardige behulpzame eigenaresse. Ook in de zomer erg fijn verblijf. Ik beveel het zeker aan!

Ik miste de gebruiksaanwijzingen van wasmachine, koffiecupjes automaat en afwasmachine Het afvoerputje van de inloopdouche zat vol l haten zodat het water de badkamer in liep Hoewel bij aankomst werd gezegd dat je ten alle tijde je vragen kon stellen kregen we hier nooit antwoord op

Locatie met parkeerplaats aan rand van centrum, skibus dichtbij, maar gebied is ook aan te lopen naar de ski lift. Voor wandelaars prachtig (meestal) goed aangegeven winterwindelpaden

Nette zentrale FeWo mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Wohnung macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sie ist hell, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ein Traum und Parkplatz für zwei Autos ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Balkon ist wunderschön groß und Balkonmöbel sind auch da. Es gab zwei Badezimmer, bei 5-6 Leuten auch empfehlenswert, die modern und freundlich gestaltet sind.

Die Küchenzeile war leider ohne Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben leider die Aussage "Herd" vorhanden als Kochplatten und Ofen verstanden. Auch hatten wir täglich mehrfahren Besuch in der Küche, dank der Armeisenautobahn. Für 6 Leute ist der Kühlschrank leider sehr klein (Unterarbeitsplanntenkühlschrank). In den Badezimmern gab es keinen Duschvorhang, wodurch leider Wasser auch in die nicht-erwünschten Bereiche kam. Der Dichtungsring der Waschmaschine war angerissen, so das beim Waschen Wasser auslief. Auf dem Balkon war eine defekte Sonnenliege, jede menge Laub vom Vorjahr und verbrauchte Silvesterknaller. (es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der vor der Vermietung mal gefegt worden wäre) Die Heizung war nicht von der Wohnung her steuerbar und der Vermieter fühlte sich leider nicht zuständig uns zu helfen. Die Aussage "Wir haben Solarstrom, die Heizung wird darüber gesteuert", fand ich genial, da das eine nichts mit dem anderen zu tun hat - erst der Nachbar konnte was machen und hat den Hauptregler (irgendwo außerhalb unserer FeWo) angepasst, dass es Abends wärmer war. An sich war die Wohnung schön, aber basierend auf den Abstrichen empfinde ich den Mietpreis außerhalb der Saison für zu teuer.
