Perfect location, not so good communication and service.

Perfect location. It was close to cross country ski trails, ice skating, ski bus stop to ski centers and swimming pool. There are two grocery stores right next to the apartment. Parking space right next to the apartment.

We reported our arrival time, which was confirmed by the accommodation provider. After arrival in the evening, it was not possible to call the number provided. Not a good situation with small children. Subsequently, the contact got back to say that the situation was being resolved. Finally the person managing the apartment arrived (more than one hour later). But the apartment was not yet ready for our arrival at that point. The beds were not made (it's actually just a sofa bed, not entirely comfortable), the bathroom was not completely cleaned, the fridge smelled, the dishes were not very clean (probably not checked after previous host). Subsequently, there was a problem with the Guest Card (needed to use the cross-country ski trails) as we were not registered as guests in Seefeld, but this was resolved at the information centre. We were expecting the owner to get back to us afterwards and explain the situation, but this did not happen. The bedroom and the living room is one room (not 2 as it is written in the description) and when the beds are spread out, there is almost no space. Not much storage space for clothes.

The location is very good, Seefeld is in the middle of tyrol and close to the highway. Also the flat is well equipped and there is a private parking.

Only one toilet, and we are a family with 3 children so it was a little uncomfortable.

Herbe Enttäuschung in herausragender Lage.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ortskern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geldautomat, Skibus, Skilift am Geigenbühel - alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Stellplatz für den Pkw ist vorhanden. Die Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und aufgrund der unten genannten Probleme mit der Wohnung konnten wir die letzte Nacht trotz Ablauf der Frist stornieren und haben hierfür eine Erstattung erhalten.

Die Reinigung der Wohnung vor unserer Ankunft war absolut unzureichend. Der Herd war fettverschmiert, der Couchtisch noch mit Glasrändern und Schlieren, das Handtuchregal mit dicker Staubschicht überzogen. Generell war die Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Im Laufe des Aufenthaltes hat unser Sohn Glasscherben gefunden - im Badezimmer. Unter den Matratzen der Klappbetten und unter dem Doppelbett ebenfalls dick Staub. Leider hing in der Wohnung auch von Beginn an ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Schweiß, der während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht verschwinden wollte. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und funktional, allerdings kann ein Erwachsener am Herd oder am Waschbecken nicht aufrecht stehen. Die Schlafsituation is bestenfalls als unpraktisch bis abenteuerlich zu bezeichnen. Von den fünf angepriesenen Betten befinden sich zwei in Form von Schrankbetten im Wohn-/Essbereich. Wenn diese ausgeklappt sind, ist der Raum anderweitig quasi nicht mehr zu nutzen. Die übrigen drei Betten befinden sich in zwei dunklen und wenig einladenden Abseiten unter jeweils einer Dachschräge mit einer Deckenhöhe von nicht mehr als 1,30 m. Eine dieser Abseiten (hinter der Küche) dient außerdem als Lagerfläche für verschiedenste Gegenstände. WLAN ist in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden, ein Infoblatt legt nahe, dass der Empfang vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel "möglich" ist, das angegebene Netzwerk existiert jedoch nicht. Der allgemeine Zustand ist unterdurchschnittlich und unserer Meinung nach nicht für Reisen mit Kindern geeignet, überall befinden sich veraltete Stromkabel, in den erwähnten Abseiten verlaufen offen Wasserleitungen, in der Küche befindet sich ein sehr niedriges Fenster, das nicht gesichert ist. Zu allem Überfluss war die Klobrille gebrochen. Alles in allem hat die Wohnung nichts von dem, was wir erwartet haben und was uns im Vorfeld versprochen wurde, gehalten.
