Best hotel/apartment I’ve stayed in ever.
Booking was smooth i was having issues with my Australian bank paying to Germany and they were very patient and allowed me to pay on arrival. Even on arrival my bank still struggled and they were very accommodating and allowed me to pay in cash.
Although there was a language barrier I was given a warm welcome by the couple and a tour of the ammenities in the room and a run down of area. The customer service and communication was executional.
The room was amazing. A view of the mountain from the balcony, it was kept very warm within the -10 temperatures, two beds where very comfortable and warm, floors where heated, living area was comfortable and next to the window with an amazing view. The kitchen had everything you need to cook with a fridge, microwave and a cozy dining area to eat. Bathroom is warm, clean and big.
Location is a short walk from the main town centre, the lifts up to the mountain, rewe supermarket and the overly river which leads to the gorge. And only a 30 minute walk from the lake near by. The house was very easy to find on the street with clear signage.
The stay is better than the picture give it justice, I would pay double for this stay. They even let us leave our bags after checkout. If I ever find myself in mittenwald again best believe I’ll be staying here.

Frühstück gab es leider nicht, aber wir hatten eine Küche mit im Appartement. Es gab dort alles,was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war nicht weit von der City und man hatte einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Karwendel.
WLAN hätte besser sein können😀
