Absolute Disaster – Do Not Book!
We liked nothing, the whole accomondation was a nightmare.
This was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. First of all we have to wait 45 minutes in the cold outside the house to get the code for the keybox. Mouse droppings and traps were in several rooms, and we could hear mice running around at night. Termites had destroyed the door frames, the furniture was cheap and squeaky, and the mattresses were rock-hard. The heating was impossible to regulate—either a sauna or freezing cold. Exposed, sparking electrical outlets were dangerously hanging from the walls. To top it off, one of the beds collapsed under a guest who was just sleeping on it, and the hosts took the entire deposit. He didnt even reply passing the 14 days deposit deadline. The kitchen was full of old, useless utensils, and the whole place was filthy. We have photos as proof. This place is a scam—avoid at all costs!

Die Lage optimal zum Skigebiet nach Sölden. Auch zum spazieren gehen einfach herrlich an der Ötz.

Mein Vater und ich haben die Unterkunft als sehr gemütlich und einladend empfunden. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, das das Haus landestypischen Flair mit ein bisschen Moderne verbindet. Toll ist auch der Brötchenservice, man muss nicht selbst zum Bäcker😊 Gefallen hat uns auch die nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöne große Unterkunft für große Gruppe mit Einschränkungen
Problemloser Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Anreise mit Schlüsselbox gut gelöst. Bäcker in Laufweite Ruhige, angenehme Umgebung Ausreichend Platz für größerer Gruppe
Küche etwas klein. Für Gruppengröße bis 6 Personen okay. Küchenausrüstung für Selbstversorger, die gezielt große Unterkunft suchen etwas mager aber handelbar. Gesonderte Kaution von 500€ ist ungewöhnlich und macht etwas unsicher...war beim Buchen nicht direkt ersichtlich, aber erwähnt. Rückzahlung nach Wohlverhalten auch kein Problem. Keine Luxuswohnung aber auch einige Mängel, die man beheben könnte..

Het was vies niks was compleet en geen wifi. Eind januari stond de kerstversiering nog. Ik heb voor de hond betaald en achteraf hebben ze nog geld in gehouden van de borg omdat ik ineens niet betaald hebt voor de hond. Mijn dochter heeft haar kussen vergeten er wordt gezegd die sturen we terug maar je raadt het al ze schuiven het af op het schoonmaak personeel.
Het huis was zeer vies dat wij aankwamen en ik heb het huis opgeleverd schoner dan dat wij daar aankwamen. Je mag je schamen hoe vies en stoffig het daar was Geen hangers of legkast op 1 slaapkamer geen wijnglazen alles is een zooitje in de keuken. Vieze vloer. En dat heb ik allemaal schoongemaakt jouw schoonmaakster had niks te doen. Mijn hondje is niet zo vies als jouw huis. Ik heb elke dag gestofzuigd met mijn eigen stofzuiger omdat die van jullie het niet doet omdat er een vieze volle zak in zit!!’ En dan wil jij dat wij een goeie recensie schrijven? Ik heb de badkamer schoner achter gelaten als dat ik die aantrof dat wij in het huisje kwamen en dan trek jij je handen er vanaf dat je niet eens een kussen kan sturen schaam je!!’ Ik lees al bij alle recensies dat meer mensen je huis vies vinden en daar komt nu 1 bij.
