Apartments were clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped on both apartments we had. Sauna facility is big enough for all visitors with variety of options. Overall good value for money.

Falkner Apartments was the perfect place for a family stay in Längenfeld.

Wonderful location and wonderful facilities.

We were so happy with our stay, I’m not sure anything could have been improved! We would have benefited from laundry facilities but that’s all.

All Good!

Hotel Was easy to find. Key available without time limit (reception). Parking was easily to find! The pool & spa was very nice! Close to supermarket and ski rental. System Nice mountains and system! Good after ski! Prices not too bad.

Room One of the rooms had some strange smell and signs of mold in the bathroom. It was not much, but I hope they solve it! Bus Overall there was a capacity issue with bus transfer and some of the ski lifts. The ski bus was very crowded, with many people standing up for 15 min. Sometimes there was a traffic stock and the bus ride could take 20-30 min one way... System It was crowded to get up to the slopes. Also crowded to move over to some sections of the system. Worst case ski lift waiting time was 20-30 minutes + the time to ride the lift. All the waiting time made some people tired and not always friendly. I have traveled to many ski resorts and this was a bit more crowded than most places.

Good location. Close to ski bus stop. Fun facilities like the swimming pool/kids room/climbing walk. Clean rooms. Restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Free parking available.

Rooms and equipment can use a refresh, especially the stuff in the kitchen. We did not always have proper warm water. Reception only available in the morning during the time you're out skiing...

The location is good, the sauna is perfect. Ski room was super heated as well as the hot water and heating in the room. A nice hiking trail right neat the place, as well as the AquaDom.

Badly equipped kitchen - no microwave, no kettle, no toaster. Suitable only for a very short stand.

Perfect spot for skiing trip to Solden. Accomodation equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, fully equiped kichenette in the room. Skiroom with boot dryers. 3 minutes walk to skibus for Solden/Hochgurgl. Shop round the corner. TV set with multiple channels from all over the world. Onsite sauna and pool.

Well priced apartments for families just minutes walk away from the hiking trail and Aqua Dome

We travelled as a married couple with 2 children aged 2 and 1 years old. We booked a double apartment which occured to be a connected with 2 double rooms facility. Space was really incredible - over 50sm. We enjoyed the dining section located between 2 rooms. Kitchen was well equipped and the induction plate warmed the milk quickly. Location is amazing - just minutes away from the trail which lead You to the hanging bridge - with good view on the valley. Despite being placed right close to the main valley road rooms are quiet. Very nice views on the surrounding mountains. Aqua Dome is just minutes away by foot - likewise the shops.

Because of the carpets we had an impression that the facility was not clean - having little children though we are also oversensitive on that point. The building itself is not the newest - but the location and space compensates that.

Disappointing

1.Apartment 31 is not a one-bedroom apartment: it is a small double room with a tiny kitchen cabinet; the room shouldn't be even called a studio; 2.I am not sure how they count those 24 m2 of the surface; it was far smaller 3.Kitchen is terrible: just a very tiny cabinet attached to the wall; the drawer with silverware is broken and simply laying on the cabinet floor (it would be easy to repair it and to add 1-2 shelves); very small sink and washing the dishes is almost impossible: water flows outside; no work space; no stove; no tea kettle; no microwave; no place to put our things; no sponge or dishwashing liquid to be able to wash the dishes or wipe the table or the spilled water; no dish rack for washed dishes; you can use a pot as dish rack; otherwise, you have to wash one dish and dry it immediately; also a big frying pan, just a metal one, to which everything sticks when you fry it. 4.Big wardrobe in the room: too much of hanging space (why?), two shelves are very high, no practical; half of that wardrobe could have been shelves and half to hang clothes 5.Double door to the next room was not locked! just a refrigerator place against it was a guarantee that you won't have visitors from the other room. 6.Weak internet; it worked ok with my private laptop, but when I needed to work and connect my work laptop, it was impossible. One day the internet was super weak. 7. Impossible to dry things: at least in the bathroom the heating should work, but it doesn't.

We stayed in House Nr. 3. The apartment was big enough and featured a well-equipped kitchen. Clean and close to supermarket. Aqua Dome is within 5-10 min walking distance and a must-see.

Sauna was in House nr. 1, therefore not convenient to use when staying in another house and no bathrobe brought from home. Few restaurants options nearby.

Great skiing week in Otztal

Great appartment resort. I have been here few years ago and can see that resort keeps good condition. Very nice, clean, well-equipped appartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice SPA with few different saunas and swimming pool (everything included in prise). Parking place dedicated to each appartment. Few minutes walking distance from the free skibus stops. Very good ski-room (skiboots heating). Walking distance to AquaDome. The resort is located close do the main valley road, but in the second line, so the noise is not annoying.

I thought the accommodation and the facilities were great. The pool and sauna were a hit and the kids loved the play area.

The only thing missing was a door mat in the flat for the snow boots to dry on. Other then that it was great.

Great rooms with a fully stocked kitchen. Amazing sauna and pool! Easy parking too.

Pillows weren't comfortable, wifi was annoying because you have to continuously log in, and must pay with cash (no card).

Great location, great hosts and very clean and good Apartments. The spa area is very comfortable. Balcony with mountain views are great.

Matresses were worn out a bit, but still ok. People with sore backs should take some extra blankets.

Cannot stand in shower on 2nd floor

Pool was good kids loved it, location is good, value for money ok-ish - but if we knew about the shower would have chosen a different location

Only way to shower is to stay low in the bathtub. This was not obvious when we booked and made me sprain my finger. Also, the ‘kitchenette’ in the room is a small cupboard with very little possibilities, outdated furniture.
