We said that we arrive at about 19:30 and eventually arrived at 19:00, I contacted with the hotel but no one came until 19:30 and we had to wait outside And the laundry dryer didn’t work

Great value to stay in a great place

This place is a great value for a ski trip or other mountain trip. We were very comfortable, had a good place for our car, very short drive to Oetz and mountain. Our son loved the horses.

Perfektes Appartment im Novemberurlaub mit traumhafter Sauna!

Unkompliziertes, kontaktloses Vorab-Online-Einchecken. Bei Ankunft gibt es keine Rezeption oder Empfang, die Schlüssel sind im Zimmer hinterlegt. Der Zugang dazu ist offen. Man wird vorher telefonisch und per Mail über die genaue Vorgehensweise sehr freundlich vom Verwaltungspersonal informiert! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem familiären, kleinen Dörfchen mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge des Ötztals, sowie mit Pferden, Hühnern und Schafen in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft. Das Auto kann wettersicher in einem, eigens für das Appartment reservierten Stellplatz, unter einem Carport vor der Unterkunft geparkt werden. Der Brötchenservice wird eigenständig, über einen vorher gesendeten Link, online bewältigt und hat überraschend hervorragend funktioniert. Die Gästekarten vom Ötztaltourismusverband werden ebenfalls per Mail zugesendet. Die gesamte Einrichtung und das Appartment sind in einem einwandfreien, renovierten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung sind komfortabel und in einer Mischung aus modernen und typisch österreichischen Stil. Die steuerbare Fußbodenheizung brachte gemütliche Wärme im kühlen Novemberaufenthalt. Die Kücheneinrichtung verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Selbst Kapseln für die vorhandene Nespresso-Maschine wurden bereitgestellt. Bei Ankunft lagen Bio-Pasta und Sauce als Willkommensgeschenk für uns. Wanderwege rund um Habichen und Oetz können gleich von der Unterkunft aus gestartet werden. Sonstige Ausflugsziele sind bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Highlight vor allem auch die, im Garten befindliche, finnische Zirbenholzsauna, welche von 16:30 bis 22:30 genutzt werden kann. Saunatücher, Sitzbereich und Dusche vorhanden. Selbst die Temperatur kann nach eigenen Wünschen eingestellt werden! Ein Traum! Alles in Allem waren wir rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, Lage, der Verwaltung und dem Service und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Allerhöchstens die Qualität der Matratzen. Aber das ist subjektives Befinden und rechtfertigt für uns keinen Punktabzug.

MYALPS OTZTAL was een mooie ervaring

We kunnen weinig schrijven over accommodatie Muhlhof omdat we daar uiteindelijk niet hebben overnacht. We hebben namelijk een ander accommodatie aangeboden gekregen van MYALPS. Wel kunnen we iets schrijven over MYALPS Otztal. MYALPS OTZTAL: Het verblijf was zeer schoon en voorzien van veel dingen. Fijn dat er een ondergrondse garage is waar je ook je auto kan opladen. Alles zag er nieuw uit. Het uitzicht op de bergen vanuit het terrasje was prachtig.

We hebben in eerste instantie accommodatie MYALPS MUHLHOF in Habichen geboekt. Rond 20:00 kwamen we aan bij het verblijf. Toen kregen we te horen dat de schoonmakers de kamers nog niet schoon hebben gemaakt en nog niet aanwezig waren. Na een reis van 13 uur met jonge kinderen was dit wel vervelend om te horen. Er werd contact opgenomen met MYALPS. Zij hebben een andere accommodatie OTZTAL aangeboden wat nog op 10 minuten rijden was in Umhausen. We zijn hier ook gebleven. Jammer dat het verblijf in Muhlhof niet gereed was maar wel blij dat MYALPS dit snel hebben opgelost door een ander alternatief aan te bieden.

Leuk appartement!

Wij verbleven hier 10 dagen. Het is gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Sauna en tuintje zijn een meerwaarde. Deze worden zeer netjes onderhouden. Er zijn in de blokhut handdoeken beschikbaar dus die hoef je niet extra mee te brengen. Er waren voldoende afwasblokjes, vuilzakken, keukenhanddoeken en badhanddoeken ter beschikking. Op de badkamer stonden ook een aantal rollen wc-papier. In de douche stond een heerlijke douchegel. Heb er eentje voor ons gekocht bij Myalps in het centrum, om thuis na te kunnen genieten.

Wij hadden nogal wisselvallig weer en hebben een aantal halve dagen rond gehangen in het appartement (twee tieners bij 😉). In de sofa zouden wel een paar kleinere kussen gelegd mogen worden om het comfortabeler te maken. Op de foto's zien je een Senseo koffiemachine staan. Wij zaten in appartement Envian, wat een Nespresso koffiemachine heeft. (Beter, naar mijn mening) Hou er rekening mee dat je voor alles naar Ötz moet, al dan niet met de auto. Ligt op 5 minuutjes rijden. Vonden wij geen probleem. Dus eigenlijk weinig op aan te merken.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Blick in die Berge.

Eine sehr schöne, optisch ansprechende Ausstattung mit schönen Holzmöbeln, modern und klassisch zusammen. Küche völlig ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Blick auf die Berge. Nicht weit entfernt im Wald ein schöner See mit Restaurant und Freibad und Bootverleih.

Eine fehlende kleine Pfanne für kleine Sachen (Spiegelei) , kein Holzbrett zum Brotschneiden, Unterlagen oder eine abwaschbare Tischdecke für den Küchentisch , der aus Holz war, fehlten, für einen schönen Abendausklang wären bequeme Balkonmöbel schön gewesen. Es gab leider nur eine wacklige schmale Holzbank

Heel schoon en netjes en compleet voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Mooie ligging met zicht op de bergwand. Leuke wandelroutes vanaf de accommodatie. Oetz ligt op 5 minuten met hele leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Kortom een aanrader.
