A good place to relax in a beautiful town

The hosts were very hospitable and available. They provided clear instructions and offered to help with the luggage. The apartment was smaller than hoped, but was well equipped and had all basic amenities. No meals were offered, but free parking in front of the property was great. Not having an elevator meant that we had to drag our heavy suitcases upstairs.

Size of apartment and balcony. Also, the absence of washing facilities and a microwave oven.

breathtaking views, plenty of activities nearby

we stayed in the “cosy” apartment and absolutely loved it. the place was spacious, beutifully furnished and well equipped for cooking, with balcony that offers breathtaking mountain views. christian & mona were wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. free parking right by the house was also very convenient. there are countless hikes and day trips nearby - piburger see, stuibenfall, the three lakes and plenty of mountain lifts. the apartment is in a peaceful location but still just a short walk to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. we think it’s not the last time we’ve been to oetz - really enjoyed it there :)

wonderful stay in beautiful Oetztal

We enjoyed our spacious apartment, located short walk from the Center of Oetz and facilities. the owners are very attentive and quick to respond if you need any help.

one thing to note is that the apartments are not perfectly isolated. our neighbours had kids that were up before 6am and one could certainly note that. on other occasion we were also informed that our kids playing in the apartment at 6-7pm were bothering other neighbours. eventually we all found a away to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay.

Perfect stay in the mountains

The apartment is great, really cozy and comfortable. We were two couples, but could easily fit another one. The kitchen has all you need to make a good breakfast or dinner. Two bathrooms was a blessing. Grocery store is at 5 minutes walk, and ski lift is 15 min walk, or you can take the ski bus, that passes right across the street. The hosts, Christian and Mona, were marvelous, the best hosts ever. They welcomed us warmly, and helped with any question we had. I recommend this to anyone

Amazing location, very nice apartment with everything you need for your comfort stay. Very welcoming hosts, pleasant check-in system with the online guest card with useful information about location, restaurants, buses and etc. Fast wi-fi and finally enough sockets in your bedroom :). Ski bus right stops right in front of the house!!

Mobilier și podea învechite. Ușile la camere nu se puteau deschide complet sau închide. Gândaci/insecte în camere și pe hol. Locația nu semăna cu pozele de pe site. Renovarea proprietății este necesară.

Schon der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Schnaps begrüßt und durften sogar früher in die Wohnung als angegeben. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🥰

Im Vorfeld waren alle Infos tip-top zugesandt worden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen mit einem Schnapsel begrüßt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und sehr gut gepflegt. Alles war hervorragend sauber. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Keine Schlüssel die man verlieren kann, da alles über eine Smarthomelösung mit Pin abläuft. Die nähere Umgebung gibt alles her was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung.

Die Aussicht auf die Berge vom Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Balkon ist wunderschön. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Zwischen Flur und Schlaf- sowie Wohnzimmer sind kleine Stufen, über die man leicht stolpert.
