I was dropped off by the wrong location by the taxi driver. I called the host from the hotel and he picked me up, best service ever. The room was big, clean, nice and had everything you needed. Supermarket nearby and some nice restaurant. The complete environment in - & around Ötztal was above all my expectations, so beautiful.

location was central and close to all shops and restaurants. it is well located to walk dogs along a nearby river. the apartment is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. the sauna and wet room on the top floor is of very good quality and not something we were expecting. this wellness exceeded expectations.

Everything was great. I cant fault the stay. having a small gym next to the wellness would be nice but not essential. check out at 9:30 is quite early and maybe till 11 would be nice.

excellent choice in Tirol

The hotel is brand new, very cosy design, very well equipped, It is located in the middle of the town. Oposite there is a supermarket, and next a bakery. The room is spacious with everything that a couple needs to spend few days in Tirol. The terrace and the spa area are highlights. Gret view and nice selection of wines and other beverages to spend a quiet evening under the stars. really excellent choice, for sure i will go back.

Perfect stay!

Pretty much everything! We were visiting during the heat wave which was unusual for Tirol and the hotel has kindly provided a portable fan. Please note that it is uncommon to have air conditioning in Europe, especially in the mountains.

Perfect long weekend away

Nice decor and quality modern finish. Well equipped small kitchen with everything we needed, good location with many shops and restaurants nearby and access to many hikes. Pet friendly too. Sauna was also lovely and we were lucky that is was not so busy during our stay so it was extra relaxing.

The apartment was super clean and the entire facility was very clean. The insulation of the doors and windows very good, the location very close to bus stop, supermarket, bakery and within walking distance to the cable car. The staff was very friendly and really helpful with all our requests.

The kitchen was well equipped but some small things were missing that could made our lives so much easier like: a small pot to boil eggs or make a coffee (if you don't like capsules coffee), a filter coffee machine, some tempered glass recipients for the oven, water glasses (although there were wine and coniac glasses). The living room is small compared with the photos. Although could be very good for a family, I don't find it too comfortable for 2 couples sharing the apartment.

The only drawback in the apartment was that there was no air conditioning and we had to open the windows, and suffer from the noise of the road
