A True Gem in the Austrian Alps - Ferienwohnung Hausegg Exceeded Expectations!

Our stay at Ferienwohnung Hausegg from April 12th to 21st was absolutely fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was superb. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and exceptionally spacious, providing more than enough room for us to relax after a day of exploring. The cleanliness was truly outstanding – a perfect 10 out of 10! We were so impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to prepare our own meals. And the balcony! Oh, the balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains – the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The location was ideal for our spring getaway. We were looking for a base that offered both skiing and hiking opportunities, and Ferienwohnung Hausegg delivered perfectly. It's conveniently located close to several excellent skiing areas above 2000 meters, which were still fantastic in April. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful hiking trails in the area, taking in the stunning scenery. However, what truly made our stay so special was the amazing family who runs Ferienwohnung Hausegg. They were incredibly nice and always available to help with any questions or needs we had. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. It was also lovely to see their charming farm right next to the property, adding to the authentic Austrian experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Ferienwohnung Hausegg to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located accommodation in the Austrian Alps, run by a truly wonderful family. We hope to return one day!

Comfortable home away from home with the most amazing sunsets.

Really comfy and well-equipped apartment. The host and neighbours are super nice. The location is only a plus. Away from bigger towns, only mountain views, farm animals and trekking paths around.

You can hear the people in other apartments quite well, but everyone is usually out for the day and sleep by early evening already so it is not a big problem.

Amazing view and beautiful apartment

We really liked the apartment and the view that comes with it is just priceless. Austria is a very beautiful country! Everything was present in the apartment, also for our one year old baby which was great.

The only thing that was a little annoying for our baby was that the curtain doesn't completely make the room dark. For us no problem but our baby was always awake early😊 we fixed it with some towels 👍

Aanrader! Fantastisch appartement

Hele aardige mensen die veel meedenken. Het appartement is op een rustige, maar goed toegankelijke locatie gelegen en dicht bij de piste! Met ook nog eens een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op de bergen. Aan het appartement zaten 2 balkonnen, waarvan een echt enorm balkon. Ook was het appartement erg schoon en voorzien van alles.

De slaapbank is niet geschikt voor 2 grote volwassenen! Desondanks hebben de mensen van het appartement erg meegedacht en ervoor gezorgd dat we 2 opklapbedden kregen die alsnog erg lekker lagen.

Ich bin einfach begeistert und hoffe noch einmal dort meinen Urlaub verbringen zu können!

Die Lage und Aussicht sind großartig. Man kann dort wunderbar abschalten und sich erholen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen gibt es im sehr sauberen Waschkeller. Obwohl man zur Unterkunft erstmal ein paar Minuten den Berg hochfahren muss, ist sie trotzdem sehr gut gelegen um schnell und einfach in die unterschiedlichen Richtungen zu gelangen. Ob weiter den Berg hinauf nach Kühtäi, ober den Berg wieder hinab ins Inntal und ins Özttal. Die Vermieterin ist immer zu erreichen, auch wenn sie nicht vor Ort ist, und ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich konnte z.B. meinen Besuch spontan verlängern. Ein besonderes Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die Aussicht, die man von dort hat, sogar wenn man im Bett liegt, kann man sie genießen. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Unterkunft sehen genauso toll in Natura aus, wie auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

Exzellente Ferienwohnung in einmaliger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig an einem Berghang (Alleinlage). Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr groß und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer modern und sehr sauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin (Martina) war super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps für verschiedene Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in der Region gegeben. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Aussicht ins Inntal ist sensationell. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und sie war bei Bedarf immer sehr schnell verfügbar. Alles in allem: Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ruhig, gepflegt und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einem charmanten Haus an einer Bergstraße mit traumhaftem Ausblick und einem 180° Panorama. Besonders die Lage ist ein Highlight, da es in der Umgebung unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern gibt – für jeden Schwierigkeitsgrad. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und zudem hundefreundlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

Die Waschmaschine ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch befindet sie sich im Keller und ist nur gegen eine Gebühr von zwei Euro nutzbar. Zudem hört man die Schritte der Nachbarn im Dachgeschoss sehr deutlich, was mitunter störend sein kann. Auch die umliegenden Wiesen und Weiden wurden während unseres Aufenthalts öfters gemäht, was zeitweise zu Lärm führte. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das sehr schwache Internet in der Wohnung.

Man hat sich gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Es war wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Top sauber, einfach alles perfekt.

Tolle und ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung Ötztal liegt an der Nordseite und hat 2 Balkone, 1x mit Blick nach Norden zur Straße, von wo aus man immer Schafe sehen kann :) und 1x mit Blick nach Osten auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet, das Bad hat eine Regendusche, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Lage sehr ruhig mit wenig Autoverkehr. Insbesondere von der Rasenfläche rundum hat man eine tolle Aussicht ins Tal und die Berge.

Hausschuhe sind anzuraten insbesondere auf den Balkonen. Alles ist wunderschõn aus Holz gearbeitet, auch die Dielen, die aber leider auch mal für einen Splitter sorgen können, wenn mn barfuß oder auf Socken läuft. Die Ortstaxe war nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Leider keine Beschattung auf dem Balkon. Die Küche ist sehr minimal ausgestattet (jeweils nur 4 Teller, Gläser etc., stumpfe Messer aus der Ikea). Dieser Punkt wurde bereits in früheren Bewertungen erwähnt, aber offenbar nicht verbessert.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar. Alles ist neu, sehr sauber, optisch sehr ansprechend und sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, Nachfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben hier das zweite Mal unsere Ferien verbracht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es gibt eine Tassimo-Kaffeemaschine. Auch sonst ist in der Küche alles vorhanden (bis auf einen Korkenzieher...das wäre vielleicht noch eine gute Anschaffung :-) Der traumhafte Blick vom Balkon ist nicht zu übertreffen. Man sieht, dass diese Ferienwohnung von Leuten betrieben wird, die wirklich Ahnung haben, was es heißt, Gastgeber zu sein.

Eine Ablage unter der Dusche wäre wirklich sinnvoll. Das Abstellen der Duschutensilien auf dem Boden ist bei körperlichen Einschränkungen schwierig.

Wunderschöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung in phantastischer Umgebung

Man fühlt sich in dem Apartment direkt pudelwohl. Die Lage und Der Ausblick vom Balkon waren traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch total unkompliziert und aufgrund von Krankheit mussten wir sehr spontan den Urlaub umplanen- die Vermieterin ist sehr flexibel darauf eingegangen. Das Bett ist zudem unglaublich bequem!

Un séjour ultra cosy dans un appartement de montagne avec vue XXL.

La situation dans la montagne à mi-chemin entre Haiming / Oetz et les pistes de ski, notamment le premier domaine skiable de Oetz à Ochsen Garten. Le balcon et sa grande baie vitrée ouvre sur une vue à couper le souffle, et notamment sur les couchers de soleil, passant derrière les montagnes. Un fabuleux spectacle. L'accueil, chaleureux, et la disponibilité des hôtes. Le confort de l'appartement après les éprouvantes journées de ski. Le chauffage de l'appartement doux et confortable... Le local à ski, facilement accessible depuis le parking privé, le chauffe chaussures de ski, ... Tout était vraiment parfait ;)))

Le seul petit point négatif serait la literie de la chambre un peu molle. En revanche, le canapé lit du séjour a été changé à notre arrivée, le couchage y était excellent.
