Spent an unforgettable time

There is nothing to complain about. The apartments are magnificent, we will be happy to return and of course we recommend visiting them. The first night it was a little cold, in the morning we informed the reception and within an hour they fixed the thermostat and it became warm.

Facilities, were as announced, top notch. Wellness area, TVs, parking, terrace and everything smooth and nice. Thank you for a pleasant time in Austria!

Ideally i would be a bit closer to the central ski areas - but being a little farther away as this was secured a much better value for money

Superb

The quality of furniture and equipment was really high. You could easily sleep in the bedrooms when other people talked in the main room. Super comfortable beds, cosy bathrooms, everything you need in the kitchen, nothing more to say than just great.

Check out at 09:30 is too early. Usually it's 10 in Germany or Austria. That's just the way of making money to extend it till 11 or 12 for honestly too high price (10/20€ per person)

The room was very comfoterble, well organized kitchen, cozy living room and a very nice dining table.

The location is a bit far from the center. Recommending on buying food from the market and cooking at the apartment. (There aren't many restaurants anyways)

We loved the layout of the apartment. The space was nice and the apartment was lovely and simple. we were very comfortable and the staff member we spoke with was so helpful, friendly and accommodating! we would love to stay here again!

Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Pluspunkt ist auch der Wellnessbereich. Für einen Tag auf der Piste danach perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war super modern. Wir waren überwältigt als wir ins Zimmer gingen. Hohe Decken und eine moderne Atmosphäre ließen das Zimmer super wirken.

EIN Mega Aufenthalt wir als Familie waren total begeistert

Als wir unterwegs Richtung Unterkunft waren, haben wir einen Anruf vom MyAlps-Team bekommen ob alles soweit Ok ist bzgl. Anreise Ich dachte WOW was für ein Geste das hat bis jetzt keine einzige Unterkunft so gemacht. Auch muss ich erwähnen das MyALPS Team uns voraus schon Eintrittskarten für die Therme AQUA-DOM Reserviert und uns die Tickets per Mail zugesendet haben ohne das ich mich darum kümmern musste. Auch all die Infos wo man was erleben kann gut Essen gehen kann etc. Super Apartments super SPA Bereich Alles drum ein Mega Service vom MyALPS-TEAM Ihr seit die Besten !!! Ich kann jeden nur Empfehlen MYALPS zu buchen !!! Ihr werdet erstaunt sein Vielen Lieben Dank an das TEAM Beste Liebe Grüße Ahmet

Geweldig appartement. We zouden zeker teruggaan.

Prachtig nieuwe appartement gebouw. Luxe uitstraling. Heel netjes alles. Van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 persoonsappartement is groot genoeg. Mooie sauna en relax ruimte aanwezig. Parkeergarage en skiruim zijn ook top. Goed geïsoleerd, je hoort niets van de andere gasten. Elke ochtend is er een heel behulpzame receptioniste aanwezig. Het appartement ligt op < dan 10 minuten lopen van het kleine centrum. Daar zijn 2 goede restaurants. Tijdens de drukke (kerst)periode moet je zeker wel reserveren. Er is een goede broodjes service bij het appartement.

Wij vonden alles heel goed. Geen minpunten.

Rundum sorglos Paket, sehr gerne wieder!

Modern eingerichtete, sehr gut ausgestattete und durchgedachte FeWo. Super Organisation, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ankunft und Abfahrt waren unproblematisch Großzügige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage inkl. E-Ladestationen.

Die Appartaments sind recht hellhörig, wenn man Pech mit laute Nachbarn hat kann die Nacht sehr kurz werden.

Moderne und grosszügige Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann.

Parkmöglichkeiten (auch für E-Bike's), Wellnessbereich, Platzverhältnisse und Ausstattung im Appartement sind sehr gut. Die Küche hat für Selbstversorger alles, was man so im Alltag braucht. In 10 Minuten zu Fus gibt es zwei Gasthöfe. Sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen oder Bikeausflüge in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!

Modernes, gemütliches Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Man hat sich auch direkt um Betten und Hochstühle für unsere Zwillinge gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Außerdem gab es tolle Angebote wie ein Brötchenservice und gegen eine kleine Gebühr konnten wir dort waschen und trocknen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls super, ggf. Könnte es ein Topf mehr sein. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden :)

Gemütliches Apartment inmitten beeindruckender Bergwelt

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Apartment mit hochwertiger Küchenausstattung und tollem Bett und Sofa. Wunderbar geräumiges und luxuriöses Bad. Sehr schöner Saunabereich im Keller. Unweit vom Ortszentrum gelegen, so dass man schnell alle Restaurants und Supermärkte erreichen kann.

Man war in diesem Apartment auf dem 'Präsentierteller', weil alle drei Fenster direkt neben dem Eingang ins Haus lagen. Daher musste man immer die Vorhänge zuziehen und hatte wenig Licht von außen. Im Wellnessbereich war es überall trotz niedriger Außentemperatur extrem warm, und es gab leider keine Möglichkeit, an die frische Luft zu gehen. Auch das Apartment selbst war immer sehr heiß trotz Außentemperatur im niedrigen zweistelligen Bereich. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

הדירות יפות ומתוחזקות היטב, ונותנות מענה לצרכים השונים. השטחים הציבוריים נקיים ונעימים. רמת השירות היתה בסך הכל בסדר. לא הזמנו ארוחת בוקר. קיבלנו מענה להולם לילדים ולמבוגרים.

לא קיבלתי כרטיס הנחה לפעילויות באיזור.

Urlaub im Ötztal

Das MYALPS Ötztal liegt ruhig in Umhausen, in wenigen Gehminuten kann man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten erreichen. Auch das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, von anderen Gästen hat man kaum etwas mitbekommen. Das Zimmer hatte ein schönes, modernes und hochwertiges Design und war sehr sauber! Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls sehr hübsch und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Der Brötchenservice klappte super und die Auswahl war sehr lecker.

Unser größter Kritikpunkt: Leider gab es nur sehr wenig Stauraum. Für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind für eine Woche war der Kleiderschrank viel zu klein. Auch alle anderen Dinge fanden nur schwer einen Platz. Eine Kommode im Wohnzimmer wäre noch super! Auch im Bad fehlt es an Handtuchhaken. Der Handtuchheizkörper ist nicht ausreichend. Wir empfanden die Betten schon sehr durchgelegen und dadurch nicht sehr bequem. Das Zimmer(Südseite) heizte sich auch sehr auf im Laufe des Tages. In der Küche war die Auswahl an Geschirr sehr begrenzt. 2 Töpfe und 1 Deckel sind schon herausfordernd, wenn man etwas kochen möchte. Von allem könnte es mehr geben. Und Biergläser fehlen gänzlich. Die Idee mit dem Ladele ist nett. Aber Dinge für den Alltag im Urlaub und nicht nur Geschenke wären schön gewesen (z. B Käse aus der Umgebung, Bier,etwas zum Naschen...). In der Beschreibung zum Zimmer wurde eine Grünfläche bzw Garten angegeben. Diesen gibt es leider nicht, nur eine kleine Terrasse und davor Steine. Alles in allem würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. Aber etwas mehr Komfort im Sinne von mehr Praktikabel wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sie Unterkunft ist sehr modern und besonders sauber. Der Saunabereich ist sehr gemütlich/modern und mit einer 90Grad Sauna und einem Dampfbad ausgestattet. Sehr ein ladend nach einem langen Tag in den Bergen.

Es gibt nix zu beanstanden.

kurzer Trip

Schönes modernes Zimmer mit einem großen Bad, im Zimmer war ein Balkon, das Zimmer an sich ist groß und geräumig. überall gibt es Fußbodenheizung. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad waren auch sehr gut alles sehr sauber. Spülmaschinen Tabs sind gegeben. an Der Rezeption kann man sich spiele kostenfrei ausleihen.

die betten waren viel viel zu weich, egal ob auf den Sofa oder im Schlafzimmer. Man ist total eingesunken war nicht das optimalste schlaf Erlebnis.
