We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The rooms were very clean, the house has a warm, well-kept wooden interior, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. Everything was thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay — bathroom, shower, towels, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, shoe dryer, coffee maker, and kettle. Sölden is only a 25-minute drive away, which made our daily trips very easy. We arrived with two cars and had no problems with parking directly by the house. The only small thing missing was a microwave, but it did not affect our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this place
A microwave and slightly brighter lighting in the bedrooms would improve the stay.
Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Ein tolles, modernes, großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartment; sehr gute Lage, wenn man es (wie wir) etwas ruhiger mag - dennoch war aufgrund der zentralen Lage im Tal und auch der kurzen Entfernung zum Dorfzentrum alles sehr, sehr gut erreichbar. Alle notwendige Infrastruktur in fußläufiger Nähe. Sehr gut geeignet auch mit Hund. Sehr praktisch, dass Summer Card inkludiert war!
Das Appartment ist vielleicht etwas dunkel - dafür bleibt es an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl.

Liegt etwas außerhalb von Umhausen, aber auch zu Fuß kein Problem in die Ortsmitte zu kommen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet, die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus vorhanden.
