unique & Splended vacation place

The experience at Knorr's was beautiful. First of all, the location is perfect for a day trip because right from this special house you can immediately go on many trips in the area. In terms of the view and the location, this is probably one of the best locations in the valley. The house itself is special, full of atmosphere and extremely clean. Barbara and Kristian are lovely hosts who do it wholeheartedly. Barbara is a passionate cook who sometimes also prepares delicious cakes or cooking in a local style. All the hosts in the world should be like them! :) including the yoga classes that can be experienced there, because Barbara is a very experienced yoga teacher and attentive to the abilities of the participants. A yoga class with her won't leave you broke if you don't ask especially. We really hope to see you again in the future

This is a place with a very special personal touch by the hosts. In particular, I liked - the quiet and peaceful surrounding (not as busy as down in the valley), - the multiple chats with the hosts (they helped us with local information and made us feel home), - the yoga session (Barbara is a qualified yoga teacher, and a very good one!).

Ein super gemütliches, stilvolles Haus mit Seele an einem idyllischen Ort, betreut von wirklich netten und hilfsbereiten

Anfangs haben wir gezweifelt, da die Anfahrt schwierig schien; anscheinend wird sie jedoch regelmäßig geräumt, und man fühlt sich, als würde man nach Rivendell fahren. ^^ Niederthai liegt in einem höher gelegenen Tal (~1500 m ü. M.), unterhalb der Baumgrenze, sodass es generell ruhig ist und man nicht lange gehen muss, um in den Wald einzutauchen. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm, eine Küche ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Spa mit Sauna (inkl. Dusche), Infrarotkabine und Meditationsraum. Trockner für Skischuhe sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Barbara und Christian sorgen dafür, dass es im Haus stets angenehm duftet, warm und sauber ist. Sie sind entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. War ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen voll gern zurück. Eine polnische Familie aus Wien ❤️

Es ist ein sehr schönes, individuelles Ferienhaus mit einer guten Atmosphäre. 🤩 Wir hatten die große Ferienwohnung, sie war toll eingerichtet, blitzeblank sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauna ist ein absolutes Plus! Barbara, die Hausherrin, war unglaublich bemüht und hat sich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert! Besser geht es nicht. ❤️

Wir hatten rein gar nichts auszusetzen! Oder hat jemand etwas gegen selbst gebackene Plätzchen? 🤗

Herzlichkeit vereint mit Komfort und Schöner Atmosphäre.

Gude, die Unterkunft liegt oben auf einem Bergplateau. Schöne Aussichten und gute Luft, von der Gastfreundlichkeit bis zum Inventar und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist alles wärmstens zu empfehlen. Auf Wünsche der Gäste wird jederzeit herzlichst eingegangen. ( auch mal Spontan ) Wer also mit seiner Familie oder mit Freunden ein kurz Urlaub oder etwas länger in den Bergen rund um das Ötztal verbringen möchte ist hier herzlichst willkommen. Gerne gerne wieder. :)

Erwartungen übertroffen, der perfekte Urlaub!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 Hunde) hatten den besten Urlaub! Barbara und Christian sind unglaublich herzliche, hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeber. Das Haus mit den Ferienwohnungen ist einfach wunderschön – alles blitzsauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne dabei den österreichischen Charme zu verlieren. Die Sauna und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation zu allen Themen, die man so hat, sind das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir hatten das Frühstück dazugebucht und uns jeden Morgen über den reich gedeckten, individuell auf uns abgestimmten Tisch gefreut – genau so fühlt sich Urlaub an! Die Lage ist traumhaft: nicht mitten im Trubel des Ortes, sondern etwas oberhalb auf einem Plateau, von wo aus man direkt zu herrlichen Bilderbuch-Wanderungen starten kann. Unser Aufenthalt war gefühlt viel zu kurz – es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken! Liebe Barbara, lieber Christian, vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin, sehr gutes Frühstück, schönes altes Haus, ruhiger Ortsteil, gutes Bett

Auf der Couch sitzt es sich unbequem, Treppe im Zimmer, zu wenig Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, hier wäre ein Sichtschutz zum Nachbarbalkon sinnvoll, Geräuschdämmung zum Gang hin nicht so gut.
