Here, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend a few relaxing days. Discover the fascinating and adventure-filled mountain world of the Ötztal, enjoy the crisp air, and marvel at the natural beauty of the Ötztal and Tyrol!
Landhaus Waldhart offers 3 comfortable apartments with a personal touch and promises pure relaxation for the whole family.
The spacious Blockkogel apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a private entrance. The apartment has an area of approximately 80 m² and is equipped with two bedrooms (a triple room and a double room), each with a TV. A dining room with a TV and a cozy corner, as well as a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, are at your disposal. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
A storage room with a ski boot dryer and a small play area for children are located next to the apartment.
A garden with a covered terrace and a charcoal grill is located right next to the apartment. Parking spaces are available right next to the house.
A private outdoor children’s playground with a trampoline, a play tower with a swing, and a garden shed is located a 5-minute walk from Landhaus Waldhart. Additional public playgrounds are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The “Spielestodl” – Adventure.Experience.Realm. – located just a 2-minute walk away, is available for use for a small fee and by reservation.
In the summer, Landhaus Waldhart is a partner of the Summer Card!
The Summer Card is included in the price and provides free access to all open mountain railways, lakes, and swimming pools, public bus transportation, museum admissions, the weekly hiking program throughout the Ötztal Valley, and additional bonus partners.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Bei Fragen ist Fam. Waldhart sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sauber und gepflegt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Würden das Appartement weiterempfehlen.
